Large and well-equipped vacation villa with private pool, just 10 km from the beach of Sperlonga with its picturesque old town and archaeological sites. It is located on a 1.5 hectare estate with olive groves, vineyards and oak trees, a true piece of paradise amidst the green Mediterranean vegetation of the Lazio region. It is located on a 1.5 hectare estate surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and oaks, the ideal place therefore for a quiet vacation in nature, but without having to give up the proximity of the well-known tourist centers: Formia, with its shopping, port and ferries to the islands (12 km); Gaeta, with its equipped beach resorts, Monte Orlando Natural Park and the medieval monuments of the old town (13 km); Sperlonga, with its picturesque center and archaeological sites (10 km). In a little more than an hour you can reach Rome and Naples, ideal destinations for their day trips. Guests have at their disposal a large rectangular and sandy pool equipped with sun loungers, a large gazebo with sofas, an outdoor shower and a spacious barbecue area . The house consists of two units, they are not connected internally. A large terrace furnished with tables and sofas allows guests to enjoy the cool summer evenings and their meals outside. The living area extends over two floors and consists of two units, not connected internally. First floor: apartment with four double bedrooms, two of them with private bathroom, in one of the larger bedrooms there is the possibility of an extra bed, a large bathroom with separate shower, a spacious living area divided into living room with sofas and satellite TV and dining area with large Venetian style table. The magnificent kitchen offers direct access to the large terrace with garden view . The second floor is independent from the first floor: large entrance and living area with fireplace and bright kitchen overlooking the green landscape and terrace furnished with tables and chairs. Here there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.
