The 70 m² holiday apartment is located on the garden floor of a villa in a prime location above the Elberadweg in one of the most beautiful districts of Dresden in Loschwitz and not far from the center of Dresden.
The bathroom has a shower, the living-dining area is new and modern with dining table, chairs, flat screen TV, & large sofa bed comfortably furnished. In the bedroom is a, wardrobe & a double bed. The kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and dishes, glasses, pots, kettle, coffee maker. u. V. M. equipped. The apartment has a separate entrance and parking. Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden.Es war nicht weit zu Fuß bis zum Blauen Wunder,in die Altstadt fuhren wir mit Bus und Straßenbahn. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr ruhig,sehr sauber und in den Betten schlief es sich himmlisch.

Alles hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Vermieter waren nett. Sie konnten uns auch gute Auskünfte über die Stadt geben. Wir haben eine wirklich gute Wohnung gefunden. Immer wieder gerne.

Die Wohnung war wunderschön und gemütlich, die Eigentümer waren super nett und die Lage war super und ruhig. Man ist schnell an einer Bushaltestelle und der Schillerplatz ist nicht weit weg. Das einzige was mich etwas gestört hat war, das die Küche nur sehr notdürftig eingerichtet war was Kochutensilien angeht.

Uns wurde eine früheste "Check-in"-Zeit gegeben, aber ohne zu sagen, dass wir möglichst zu dieser Zeit ankommen sollten, also beeilten wir uns nicht. Später rief uns eine irritierte Dame an und sagte, dass Oma seit Stunden vor Ort auf uns wartet, wann kommen wir endlich? Wir haben uns bei der Oma wg. d. Missverst. entschuldigt, Sie war sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Ab dann lief alles OK.

Entspannter Aufenthalt
die Übergabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bereitstellung von Wäsche und Handtüchern großzügig, man konnte sich bei Bedarf bedienen. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und komfortabel, die Betten bequem. Die Lage des Hauses am Elbhang war für unsere Reiseplanung perfekt. Wir haben uns während unseres 2-wöchigen Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Lage und nette Vermieter
Ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen - hier fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Schöne Lage abseits vom Trubel Dresdens. Wir waren mit 2 E Bikes dort und haben tolle Touren gemacht. In die Stadt kommt man flott auf dem Elbradweg. Frühstück am besten bei Café Wippler entweder to go oder direkt vor Ort.

Schöne, moderne und praktische Wohnung in toller, ruhiger Lage
Wir waren als Familie mit 1 Kind über das Wochenende in Dresden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, es ist alles das was man braucht. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war bereits zum Schlafen vorbereitet. Besonders praktisch empfanden wir die vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten, was bei Kurztrips sehr angenehm ist. Die Vermieter waren nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspannung in bester Wohnlage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen, um von dort aus zu wandern, an der Elbe zu radeln und Ausflüge nach Dresden sowie in die Sächsische Schweiz zu machen. Und es ist wunderbar ruhig.

Schöne Tage in Dresden
Wir waren im Oktober 19 mit unserer 15 Monate kleinen Tochter in der Wohnung. Sie ist sauber und ausreichend groß. Badezimmer ist Recht neu und sauber. Mit dem Bus in die Stadt geht Recht zügig und die Taktung der Busse ist gut. Als Tipp mit Kinderwagen, sind wir Samstag und Sonntag mit dem Auto in die Stadt gefahren. Der Weg von der Haltestelle zur Wohnung sind zwar nur 500 Meter, aber diese sind reicht steil. An der Staatskanzlei kann man Sa. und So. Kostenlos parken. Von dort aus kann man mit der Straßenbahn alles gut erreichen oder auch zu Fuß. Waren mit allem rund um die Wohnung sehr zufrieden.
