About this property

This beautiful single story 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is approximately1,500 sq. ft. of living space and a completely shaded porch.

Fine leather furniture including a sofa, love seat and oversized lounge chair with foot stool adorn the spacious living room, dining room and well provisioned kitchen that has granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher.
Separate dining area for 6 and also a breakfast table in the kitchen. The laundry area a full sized washer and dryer. The villa has a unique enclosed 3rd bonus room that comes with a sofa bed, climate controlled sitting area with flatscreen television that can accommodate 2 additional overnight guests. We also have a pack and play and a high chair for our younger guests.

In addition to the main living area there are 2 bedrooms and a bonus room. The master bedroom has a large bath tub, and a seperate shower with a 2 person vanity. Opposite the main living room is a second bedroom with attached full bathroom and walk in closet. The villa has 10 ft. ceilings throughout with ceiling fans in all living areas including 2 fans on the front porch.

Master has a King sized bed, walk in closet and a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable.

2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed, wall mounted flat screen TV with cable and a walk in closet.

Bonus Room includes sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and sitting area.
Living room has a full sized leather sofa, love seat and oversized lounge chair with foot stool. Built in flat screen TV with cable that swivels , DVD Player and High Speed Wireless Internet.

This property has exclusive use of an Electric Golf Cart, which allows a short 3 min. ride to the infamous white sand beaches. Property also has and an indoor and outdoor pool, spa and tennis court. We have several beach chairs, and also toys for the kids.

We do not allow smoking or pets.

HOA allows for parking for 2 vehicles only. Each vehicle must pay a $20. fee upon arrival.
