Welcome to our stylish and modern cottage home! This unique gem is the perfect blend of urban and homey. Nestled in the heart of Spokane, this small one-bedroom house is a stand-alone cottage home that is a private place to rest and relax. The entire home is yours to enjoy. Come and go as you please and enjoy the slow pace on the front porch or pamper yourself in the custom spa like tile shower. This gorgeous home was completely remodeled from head to toe with guests in mind. We made sure to keep the old character of the craftsman style on the exterior, while completely renovating the interior to satisfy all the modern comforts you want including a front load washer and dryer, smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, and AC. We made sure to upgrade the home with all the details we love in vacation rentals including real hardwood floors, full-sized stainless-steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Great little cabin, with lovely amenities

The interior is spacious, with two floors, and an amazing bathroom. I wanted some privacy, and for a little extra relaxation for a day, and this tastefully remodled cabin delivered!

Comfortable and clean

Julie’s place perfectly met our needs. Comfortable bed, lovely huge shower. Our teen was comfortable sleeping on the pull out mattress. Kitchen was well appointed. Appreciated having the washer/dryer!

The cottage is very spacious, clean and private. It is well equipped with all of the amenities needed. The location is central to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Parking is right beside the door making for easy access. Entrance to the parking space is tight but after getting use to was not an issue. Air conditioning was very effective but noisy which took a bit of getting use to as well. Access to the upstairs bedroom would be the only complaint as the handrails on the stairway did not extend to the top of the stairs making it a bit dangerous. The upstairs ceiling is slopped so caution is required. The bedroom was otherwise very comfortable.

Very cute and clean

The house was very nice and modern. It’s a perfect place to stay for a short trip. The upstairs bedroom was not ideal for young children however since the stairs are very steep and there isn’t a railing at the top.

Great spot

My dog and I enjoyed our stay while on our road trip and needed a comfy little spot for the night. the stairs up to the bedroom are a little steep if anyone is challenged in that way but a great cozy place to stay.

Cozy and convenient

My husband and I mostly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the cottage was charming and clean upon our arrival. The outside was not as charming, but it wasn't as nice as the interior. We appreciated the full kitchen and bath. It was great that we had a washer and a dryer at our disposal. The wood floors were beautiful. The air conditioning was just perfect for our late July stay. There were a couple of things that might have things a little easier, such as some written directions on how to use Roku, and how to check out. My husband and I have some joint issues and struggled hoing up the stairs. A railing all the way up would have been helpful. Thank you for your support during our stay. Couldn't get in - couldn't raise the landlord - had to book a hotel

Arrived at the house, entered the code provided by the management - no dice. Tried a couple different ways, no good. Checked we had the right place, yup. Called the management, texted the management, msged them. No response. Called VRBO help, who also tried to get the management for 15 minutes. After almost an hour of jet-lagged complaining from my kids about when we could get in, we bailed. Booked a last minute hotel. Save yourself the trouble. This manager doesn't care to operate the property so you have access.

Perfect Vrbo

We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect little place for us and our dog for a couple days. My husband I even mentioned some of the features we should incorporate in our house. The house was well stocked with anything you might need from pet supplies to laundry and cooking supplies. We also loved the outdoor area with the green space and porch chairs. It was clean and well laid out. We loved our stay here and if we come back to Spokane we will definitely be a repeat guest!

Beautiful remodel of old house, convenient location

Really lovely interior, clean, modern and comfortable main living space and great kitchen. Great location near city center and waterfront. Hosts very responsive. It was perfect for us except for one thing. Not recommended for older guests with mobility issues. Stairs to only bedroom are steep, insufficient handrail at the top. But bed is very comfy with first class linens, once you get there.

Nice little cottage

Exceptionally clean. We only stayed one night but it had everything we needed. One note is that the stairs to the bedroom are narrow so people that have problems with stairs should be aware.

Convenient Location

The unit was clean and it was nice that parking was off street and right next to the unit. There were no issues with the unit being clean and ready on time. There were two beds, one was the pullout sofa downstairs and the queen sized bed upstairs. The stairs leading up were extremely steep and while there was a handrail, I wouldn’t recommend an older person trying to navigate these, especially in the middle of the night to use the one bathroom downstairs. The unit was updated nicely but for the life of me I couldn’t figure out why there would be no USB charging plug outlets in the unit. The only one was on the back of the smart TV and that only works if the TV is on. The neighborhood around the unit is not someplace I would walk at night and some houses could be boarded up and do not look lived in. Overall, the unit served the purpose of moving my daughter back from Gonzaga, it was 7 minutes from campus, but the neighborhood and precarious staircase made this a less than ideal stay. Again, the owner and communication were very good though and the unit was updated and very clean.

Great spot, short work trip, cozy place

It was a short one nice day for work. But I travel to Spokane a lot and looking for other options than hotels especially now with getting rewards back. Place was great had everything of staying extended time. Cozy loft bedroom mattress was so great. Little different having to find tight parking in alley but I enjoyed the night after work. Would definitely stay again.

Positive experience in negative temps!

Host was very accommodating and quick to respond! I had to change around my dates and then our stay ended up being during an extreme cold spell and the host provided extra heaters and directions to keep us warm. Would definitely stay again!

Nice but..

Pro's: The yard was clean, the house was well appointed and the property manager was accessible, easy to work with and kind. Con's: The driveway was so small that we almost couldn't park our truck in it. Luckily my husband was able to tuck in the mirrors and do some jostling to get us in the driveway. If he hadn't of been able to make it work, there wouldn't have been any alternative parking. The neighborhood can only be described as sketchy.

We were in Spokane for Gonzaga parents weekend. The house was clean, had lots of natural light and was comfy for our quick visit. Stairs might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or small children. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
