Gorgeous turn-key completely renovated with designer mural wallpaper by Phillip Jeffries and updated featuring Tempur-Pedic remote control king bed, high ceilings with tray ceiling lights, built in modern his/her closet with a jewelry drawer, kitchen cabinets with automatic drawer lights, bathroom walls all natural stone with larger shower and so much more! Location is the best in all of Palm Beach and close to everything, no car needed. Complimentary valet parking is provided (tips welcome). Please give valet code "king luxe" if you bring a car. Valet times are 8 a.m. til 11 p.m. Please check with valet if you need your car outside these times.Walk to the best restaurants, cafes, shops, parks & museums.

Guests will have access to the private library on the Mezzanine level, heated pool area, outdoor loggia with gardens, laundry facilities and large lounge area in lobby.

You will check in with the 24 hour front desk. They will give you the information for access to your suite and common areas. Enjoy!

Unit was beautiful and everything was thought out to maximize the space. Spotless and the ac and dehumidifier keep the unit cool and dry. Hotel is in the perfect spot to walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Marilyn was quick to respond to all inquiries. Would stay here again!

Everything was as it was online…only reason it was not 5 stars is the lobby, entrance and walk to the room was old and somewhat uninviting, but would stay there again and the room was nice, great location and my wife and I were able to go to dinner and hang in Palm Beach for the night

Marilyn was so communicative, which always puts a renter at ease! The room was lovely - better in person than even the listing! I appreciated having the small kitchen and the concierge was very helpful with information and several options for parking. Will certianly rent again when I return to PB!

Little details were attended to like charging blocks on either side of the bed, electric window shades and a closet with big drawers and matching wooden hangers. Room is in a fantastic location - completely as described. Clean and very comfortable. Close to amazing beach and lovely places to dine. Valet parking a real bonus! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, just wish it had been longer.

Lovely get away in a great location
The condo itself was great and had a very thoughtful layout. It was clean and efficient. Although we loved the condo, the common space (hallways etc) weren’t great (super strong air freshener smell that was almost gagging). We were there for 4 days and could never find a window when the pool was in sunshine. The location though was great and there is no ace Palm Beach. I would go back!

I was the founder and proud owner for 21 years of the Cabins at Seven Foxes in beautiful Lake Toxaway, NC but sold in the fall of 2021. We decided to build a new home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and also purchased condos at the Historic Palm Beach Hotel Condominiums. I have been designing homes for friends and family for years so have an eye for decor. I am married with a grown family but love to keep busy.

Why they chose this property

I was first introduced to this building in the spring of 2021 and fell in love with the potential of this historic hotel. Since we decided to move our primary home from Atlanta, GA to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, I decided to purchase three studios in the building. This unit was renovated in 2015 but I added my personal touches and updated to make my guests enjoy their stay.

What makes this property unique

The previous owner raised the ceiling to 10 ft. and added overhead light in the tray ceiling. The his/her closets are a great feature. The bathroom has stone tile on the walls and throughout. I will update the walls this summer to bring extra light and add my colorful touches. Being on the third level gives an advantage of no street noise.
