Main - with annex, 2 bedrooms, conservatory with open fireplace and overlooking the lake
The house is located in a quiet area on Fiskestadsjön, about 10 km north of Tingsryd. The holiday property consists of a main and side house. The price includes a Aluruderboot (make Linder 440, which is located directly at the house.
In the main house is the kitchenette (newly renovated in May 2019) the living area and a bedroom for 2 persons and a bathroom. Particularly inviting is the large conservatory with dining table and open fireplace and direct lake view. In the adjoining house is another bedroom for two people, a shower and a separate toilet.

The holiday home is rented up to a maximum of 4 persons.
On the neighboring area is the house Söftestorp 9, which is currently being rebuilt. Will be advertised here at FeWo-direkt.
Good shopping, bank, doctor, pharmacy, etc. can be found in nearby Tingsryd.
In Fiskestadsjön there are u. a. the following fish: pike, perch, tench, roach. You will receive angling license required for fishing from us. Currently:

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Schweden. Schöne Unterkunft, wunderschöne Landschaft und ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Kleines Haupthaus mit Nebenhaus

Ein kleines Haupthaus mit Wintergarten. Zwar nicht isoliert, aber ein schöner Kamin mit genügend Feuerholz. Hier konnte man auch abends, wenn es schon kühler war, schön sitzen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und von hier aus auch einige Touren mit dem Auto oder mit dem Rad unternommen. Hier kann man auf einer Radtrasse schön radeln.

Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer/Vermieter war durchweg positiv.

War sehr hilfsbereit,informativ und sehr sehr freundlich und nett. In der Unterkunft war alles da,was man so braucht und alles aufgeräumt und Sauber.

Schön wars!

Die Ferienhäuschen sind genau wie beschrieben und bebildert, alles war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben, z.B. Waschmaschine, Backofen etc. Der See ist im Uferbereich sehr flach, aber wir haben den Weg mit dem Boot raus gefunden. Vermieter sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Weinig voor veel geld.

Klein schoon huisje. Slaapkamer veel te klein. Heel moeilijk om langs de kast te wringen om in bed te gaan. Geen verwarming in serre waar ook de eetkamer is. Dus heel veel duur hout stoken in open haard. Eigen kosten evenals stroom kosten. Pracht omgeving om mooie fietstochten te maken. En heerlijk stil. Bemiddelingskosten belachelijk hoog. Kan beter geld in je zak houden en en iets huren bij natuurhuisje.nl

Angelurlaub Vater und Sohn

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für diverse Angelausflüge auf dem angrenzenden See. Boot mit E-Motor unbedingt empfehlenswert , da man ansonsten kaum zum Angeln an den See ran kommt. Haus einfach, aber mit allem notwendigen perfekt ausgestattet. Absolut ruhige Lage, Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ( ca 10km). Insgesamt für so einen Trip perfekt ! Lachsfluss in Mörrum ca. 3/4 Std entfernt . Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit, so wie alle in Schweden, die wir kennen gelernt haben. 👋🏻 Auch wenn der ganz große Fisch ausgeblieben ist, war es ein schönes gemeinsames Erlebnis !

Erste Schwedenreise

Söftestorp 8 ist ein kleines aber feines Häuschen im Wald hinter einem Bauernhof. Mit separatem "Kinderzimmer" hat eine Familie ausreichend Platz auf dem Grundstück am See. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt dort.

Erholsame Woche

Nette Gastgeber. Gemütliches kleines Häuschen, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist, gerade die Küche. Tolle Gegend, Pilze satt. Für Angler ist es nicht so einfach durch das flache Gewässer in den richtigen See zu kommen, der ist dann aber sehr schön. Unser Negativpunkt ist der Wintergarten. Im Sommer sicherlich klasse zu nutzen, aber im September trotz des Kamins einfach zu kalt, und wir sind keine Frostködel, d.h. Frühstück, Essen, Spielen fand für uns an einem kleinen Couchtisch statt, denn im Haus ist kein großer Tisch. Das ging etwas auf den Rücken. Wer Einsamkeit sucht darf nicht überlesen, dass ein zweites Haus nur 50 Meter entfernt ist. Wir hatten aber angenehme Nachbarn. Insgesamt haben wir uns gut erholt. Für zwei Familien oder Großeltern mit Kindern und Enkeln in beiden Häusern ideal im Sommer. Auch das kleine Gästehaus mit Etagenbett ist niedlich.

Ruhe pur

Das Haus ist gut, um zu entspannen. Vor allem die Terrasse ist toll für abendliche Runden. Das Boot war mit Ruder oder gemietetem Motor kaum zu nutzen, schon das Ablegen ohne Steg war wegen sehr starker Verkrautung für 2 Männer ein Kraftakt. Die Bucht ist extrem flach und zugewachsen, so dass der See unerreichbar war. Angeln war kaum möglich.

Sehr idyllische Lage am See, nur ein weiteres Haus ca. 50m nebenan. Der See ist zum Schwimmen aber nicht geeignet. Wie viele der Seen in der Umgebung ist er nicht sonderlich tief und daher sehr dicht mit Seerosen usw. bewachsen. Mit dem Boot sind wir leider nicht über die Steine gekommen da der Wasserstand zu niedrig war.

Idyllische Lage

Sauberes Haus(Deutsche Vermieter) nett eingerichtet,alles vorrätig außer Mikro. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Leider ist der See am Haus nicht zum Baden oder Angeln geeignet,der dahinter liegende aber traumhaft dafür,nur abenteuerliche Bootsfahrt dorthin zu gelangen;)

Alles war so schön wie erwartet

Das Haus war einfach nur schön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Wintergarten mit dem offenen Kamin war toll und wir haben jeden Abend dort verbracht und den Tag ausklingen lassen, vielen Dank!
