Clean & Comfy Stay

The property was just as the listing promised. Very comfortable, Jeff was very quick with responding, and the property was very clean. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

House was very clean, beds are super comfortable, play area in the back for the kids, good host communication. Nice quiet neighborhood just outside the city. 10 mins to the Arch and 15 to Atlantis, 5 mins to Safeway.Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay!

The house suited our needs! Each bedroom had a king size bed which was great. The backyard was a good size for our dogs. Location was great. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the house.

Kids Friendly!

Great house

This was the first time renting a house for the weekend in Reno and I really enjoyed staying here because it was clean and had everything that we need it throughout the house.

Cute house

This was a cute house in a great location. We had some issues and Jeff stayed in contact with us. It was very hot during our stay so the AC units and fans were necessary to run all night. The AC units were loud and it took a bit to cool down the house but it was nice once we got it cooled down.

Nice place

It was a nice place to stay, playground in the backyard was great with having littles with us. However the playground is a little bit run down compared to the photos advertised. The power on one side of the house had gone out on us shortly upon arrival & we had reached out to the owner through vrbo & tried calling, we wound up leaving a voicemail that was never returned. Never heard back from them. We eventually went around to the side of the house to find the breaker box to switch the power back on. King beds were great though!

Very comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay! The location couldn't be better. The beds were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and were so grateful to be in the nice warm house during the crazy non stop snow storm outside! Neighbors were so kind to help us dig out and get on the road! Street is busy but inside the house it's very quiet My 4 yr old granddaughter loved the swing set in the backyard (before the snow started). Definitely would stay again.

Nice home and centrally located

Nice older home located near downtown Reno. Home is on a busy street. Has everything you need. Since it is an older home, the heater works well for the living room and kitchen area but takes longer to heat back rooms. Good wifi but no cable. You can stream. Nice home that accepts a pet.

Tidy house near UNR

House was in good order when we got there, well furnished and clean. Linens were in good shape and clean too. The house is on the up side of a fairly busy street. Put the heavy sleepers in the front facing bedrooms, also the driveway/steps are steep and no handrail, so do be careful. The manager was very responsive to all messages and questions.

Place needs REPAIR AND SHOULD NOT BE RENTED.

The heat in the master bedroom does not work, and was 50 degrees inside. The member of our party WHO SLEPT THERE THE FIRST NIGHT GOT SICK. The person staying the last night, slept in one of the other bedrooms. Also, the ice maker does not work. Really stingy amenities, like no creamer or sugar for the coffee.

Too small for our group of 7

This property is advertised as “sleeps 10”. It is correct that there are three rooms each with a king bed (that fill up the entire room). The couch in the living area makes out to a bed. It also advertises a twin bed, but there is none. After much searching we found a large air mattress, but there was no place in the home that you could blow up and place the air mattress. The entire house was far too small for our group. It could possibly work for a group of six at the very most. The dining area has chairs for five. When we arrived, the home was sweltering hot. We opened windows and found all working fans, but the only room that ever cooled down enough to sleep was the master bedroom which had a working portable air conditioner. There was another portable air conditioner in the living area, but it more often blew out warm air. We were uncomfortable and ready to leave in the morning.

The house was very dirty and over taken by weeds front and back yard .

It was not nice . From the home being so dirty, had to clean it ourselves. To the home foundation be bad . To the wash and dryer only works when they wanted too . To the vERY loud street out front and car’s racing each night. To the dog crying in the background of a home behind the house. To the master shower have the floor fall out under your feet, very unsafe.too dirty linens that we wash . The air units Did Not Work. I WiLL Nerver Stay There Again!!!!!

Bumps all the stay

The main reason we booked this rental was for the back yard and the pictures have not been updated. The back yard had weeds up to my kids knees in some areas, and the playground we had to make sure that it was sturdy enough to hold them because of how it looks in person. The AC did not work for us in the master bedroom, but to our surprise we couldn't open a majority of the windows because the screens were missing. So we paid for two nights in a house that me and my husband had to sleep with no AC, the working one was in the living room but does not cool the back bedrooms. But at least the house was very clean and the host tried to trouble shoot the ac and had it replaced with a extra one, it just didnt work either.
