The beautiful three-room apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Rondell (lift available) and has a very sunny covered balcony facing southeast. The living room has a large dining table, a sitting area and a small kitchenette. The bedrooms are carpeted, otherwise the apartment convinced by very beautiful stone tiles. In the large bedroom there is a double bed and a large wardrobe (second TV), in the small bedroom there is a Murphy bed in 1.60 width. The apartment has a bathroom with shower.
The "residence Bleichröder" is unique in your plant. This starts with the embodied in sandstone gate system with rich wrought iron ornament. Particularly noteworthy is the provided with lush balustrades rose garden with fountain. Gravel paths run through the park past the hunting goddess Diana and help to experience the beautiful garden. Benches invite you to linger. A small playground for children is also available. Only two minutes to the beach!
