This mid-century modern has been updated w/all the amenities! Gourmet kitchen, Master bedroom with large trapezoid windows. Luxury master bath with air jet tub and a double shower. Screened porch, Sonos sound system throughout house, 85” television in Living room & Wisconsin Badger game room with pool table. 4 Person Hot tub. Walk to Monroe St and Camp Randall Stadium

Residents are only allowed to rent their home out for 30 days a year if the owners do not sleep on the premises.
