Two-storey penthouse apartment 300m to the beach in Furadouro-Ovar, Portugal
Modern luxury cottage just 300m from the beach. Community pool for residents / guests, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom (en-suite) plus 1 extra toilet upstairs. Each bedroom has its own balcony on the lower floor plus100m2 private roof terrace on the upper floor. Separate kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace. With wonderful views to the nature reserve. Parking space in the underground garage. Elevator.
Praia do Furadouro is a kilometer-long white sandy beach, good quality water (European Blue Flag Award), Lifeguards patrol during peak season. A surf school is in the village, request is recommended due to the tide.
Furadouro is a small community south of Porto. Cafe's, restaurants and shopping facilities are 200 meters away. Very good local fish restaurants are recommended! Porto is 20 minutes away by car and about 35min by train from the ovary. A bus leaves every hour to the station in the next place ovary. Porto's World Heritage site, with its sights and the Centre of Port wine making a unique sightseeing experience.
Aveiro, the "Portuguese Venice ', is 30 minutes away by car and can be reached directly by train from the ovary.
Northern Portugal has many other attractions, the Douro and its vineyards, the city of Braga in the north or the university city of Coimbra in South-east from Furadouro. Each site can also be reached by train.
