A semi-detached house apartment located 40 km north of Kolari in the Äkäslompolo village Maahinen area, build 2013. Area 88 m² + loft 23 m².

Three bedrooms downstairs, two with double beds (160 cm and 140 cm) and one with 2 separate beds (90 x 200 cm). A loft with 4 beds (80 x 200 cm), livingroom/kitchen, 3 toilets, wash room, sauna (electric), drying cupboard for clothes, washing machine, tumble-dryer, second TV on the loft. Walk-in shower also in the toilet in the loft.

Baby bed, travel cot (incl. duvet and pillow), high chair, potty, plastic snow sledges and a kick sled. Wi-Fi. Mechanical ventilation. Shared ski maintenance room. Solar panels installed in the spring of 2023. Homey, spacious apartmen in the Äkäslompolo village Maahinen area. No pets allowed. Prices included final cleaning, bed linen are available for rent.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Schön eingerichtete, helle Unterkunft. Bei 10 Personen wäre der Esstisch etwas klein. Grillstelle draussen war top, so konnten wir unser Raclette im Winter draussen geniessen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollten bei dem Preis inbegriffen sein.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Haus. Es war alles sauber, super gut ausgestattet und als ein kleines Problem mit dem Wasser war, kam noch am gleichen Tag der Hausmeister.

Ein tolles Zuhause im Norden!

Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend. Die Unterkunft befindet sich zwar am Rande des Ortes, was aber durchaus als positiv bewertet werden kann. Das Interieur ist sehr schön instand gehalten und man fühlt sich extrem wohl und zu Hause. Bereits zum zweiten Mal sind wir in dieser Unterkunft gewesen und würden es immer wieder wählen, wenn wir in der Region Ferien machen! Zu Fuss ist man in rund 20-30 Minuten je nach Schneemenge im Winter im Dorfkern, der belebt ist aber nicht allzu turbulent
