Nanas Rainbow riverhouse with waterfront close to headsprings

Rental consists of downstairs unit containing; 2 separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, two separate living rooms and a massive kitchen and outdoor entertaining space. Laundry room and deck on waterfront included. 1900 square foot, that sleeps 8 nestled on an acre of property. Perfect location between headsprings and kp hole for tubing, kayaking, fishing or peace of mind. ( owners on premises but we realize that it is your time and space when you rent, any questions please ask) You have your own private waterfront. Have fun and get some sun! 🌞

Please note: undiscussed late checkout times will be charged a $50 late fee as this puts us behind schedule. If wishing to adjust times, it is worth asking and we will accommadate if possible, however somedays we have same day c/ in and c/ outs so we must stay on track. If wishing to come early, we will accomadate the request if we can.

Enjoying the springs

Property had lots of room. Huge kitchen. Steps away to the dock and beautiful Rainbow River and springs.We saw otters and plenty of fish. We kayaked and snorkeled.

Fabulous Property

I love how the house is right on the main lake with tons of action! The home is huge and would be fine for 2 families! The host is very nice too! Would give the house 10 stars if I could!

Best backyard swim hole of all time!! And the ribs, wow, the ribs!!! This place has magical location, really cool connection to local history, and a super host who brings it all together with his smoker.

Location,Location, Location

We had the most wonderful Stay at Matthew’s home. The whole family enjoyed our time at Rainbow Springs . There was plenty of kayaks for everyone to enjoy themselves on Springs Plenty of room for everyone to have a place to sleep we had a family of eight aging from two months all the way to 70. We look forward to next year spending another week. Thank you so much for hosting Matthew we had a wonderful stay .

We had a peaceful time at this river house. it is near the head springs so it's super easy to kayak back and forth. can't wait till we can stay again

River Time

We have enjoyed staying at this home away from home for the past 11 years. It is the perfect places to enjoy the river, a short kayak paddle to the head of the springs and floating back. Love starting our summer break here every year. The host great, anything we ask for they are there to help.

Great river vacation!

I can't say enough about how we all loved our stay at this little bit of paradise! Couldn't be in a better location directly on the Rainbow River. Can't wait to go back! Hosts are fantastic!

Favorite vacation destination yet!

Thank you Matthew for providing this perfect get away right on the beautiful Rainbow River. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the river from floats to boats and goggles. Conveniently located just a few miles from the local grocery stores. We plan to come back!!

Right on the river!!

Comfortable house. Plenty of room for a family of 8. Nice little swim area for the kids. Quiet location! Loved kayaking and sitting on the little deck area at the river. Thank you Matt for letting us stay! 🙂

My Favorite Place in the World!

We go every Summer for a week or two and have been doing so for about 14 years now. I cant imagine a summer vacation without staying at Nana's River House. We enjoyed cooking, swimming, kayaking and floating. Love everything about this place! Cant wait to go back next year.

Great location

We enjoyed the location so much. The host Matt was so helpful and offered some goodies from his BBQ Smoker! We enjoyed the kayaks and the easy access to the he water. The kitchen was well stocked. And the house has everything we needed. Even the bath towels were plush and soft. The beds were super comfy!

Great Location, beautiful river, house had everything

Our first trip to Rainbow River and already planning our next trip. House was in a great location and had everything we could need and more. Kayaks were a huge hit with both kids and adults. Hosts were great and quick to address couple questions we had.
