Philadelphia stay

We had a great stay. Everything was easy, including the check-in/check-out process. So much easier than a hotel given that we needed 4 bedrooms. The location was great, with easy access to the subway, which we used each day that we were there. Definitely would stay there again!

Very thankful

Loved it and looked forward to coming back to the property for the evening. All the beds and furniture were super comfortable. Host was very easy to communicate with if I had any questions. I didn’t bring a car but was a convenient and pleasant walking distance from anywhere I needed to go in the evening

Great Property

House is basically as shown. Very comfortable. 4 minute walk to a parking lot. Close to many sites in the city. Much better than staying in a hotel. Six of us enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again. Cheers

Great Location!

Space was wonderful. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed sleeping spaces being away from the common space. One bed on the 3rd floor is nestled in a corner, but does not have a door.

Perfect Place!

Outstanding Stay

Stayed just for 1 night but it was an amazing property and wish we could stay longer. Plenty of beds and room for a group. Bathrooms and kitchen were new and very clean. Everything was super smooth and will booom here again if I’m in Philadelphia

Great location, but the place could use some love

The house was a nice size for our group and we enjoyed the rooftop deck. When we arrived, there was water in many places - bathroom counters, bathroom floors - and it smelled strongly of chemicals. We assumed it was because it had only recently been cleaned even though we arrived two hours past check-in. The dishwasher was full of dishes and lots of soap bubbles. We later realized those bubbles were because there was no dishwasher detergent, only regular dishwashing liquid. Several towel bars are missing or broken and the towels themselves really need to be replaced. They are thin and worn. We appreciated the host providing K Cups but they were all flavored sweet coffees. We went back out and bought some of our own. We didn't cook so cannot comment on the kitchen supplies. there was no shampoo or other toiletries, just body wash and liquid hand soap - no bar soap. we couldn't get the house cooled. The thermostat was hard to deal with. Luckily it cooled off at night and several of us were able to sleep with windows open.

Great center city location

We really liked the home a lot. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen, well supplied, and the cleanliness impressive. The real home run, of course, is the rooftop patio. It has a spectacular view of downtown Philadelphia and is a great place for coffee in the morning or wine at night. Our only suggestion for an improvement would be to have some bedside lamps for reading. We very much liked our stay and would definitely come back.

Philly Family Stay

We had a great experience. The place was very roomy with the updated 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere we needed to go. There was plenty of space for gathering in the kitchen/family room. We would stay here again

House over all was well kept, the kitchen had very minimal cooking supplies which made it difficult to cook. The basement room was clean however their where Mouse droppings on the floor. Outside where the trash can are kept, saw Mutiple mice back there threw out the day. other than that, the house was good

Nice place & neighborhood but heads up

Very nice neighborhood and rental, loved the roof top deck, all supplies were good, however rental is advertised as 5 bedrooms but one is more loft like and not fully enclosed so no privacy. 3rd floor is hot at night (only one fan provided) and basement area is freezing (great if you like it cold). Parking garage is very costly, but is close by.

Great location, right number of rooms

The location and size of the property definitely fit what we were looking for for a quick vacation in the city. And the rooftop deck was beautiful! Unfortunately, the house was not as equipped as we would've liked, and we had to clean dishes coming out of the cabinets. Not sure if we just caught the house on a bad day!

Beautifully Remodeled

We got a winner with this place! I got a lot of credit for booking it LOL. It looked brand new and was super clean! Love that the sheets and towels were included. We def used the rooftop deck (this means four flights of stairs up) and was a great location for us. Any messages that we sent were answered immediately throughout the process. Well worth the price.

Fabulous rental

There were 5 adults and we stayed 1 night. The house was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was nice we could each have our own space/beds. The roof top is really a nice space even though we did t really get the chance to use it. Location was really good and we could walk to restaurants and bars. Parking at the garage was easy and a quick walk. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect spot for a group!

My team was playing in a basketball tournament in Philly and booked the house together. It's big and comfy with a cool layout and awesome roof deck in a nice location. The host could not have been more gracious or communicative. Highly recommend!
