Great Condo in a great location

Just got back from a week at this condo and couldn't have been happier. We were in town for a cheer comp at the convention center and then a couple days at Disney Parks. The condo was super clean and nice, great little balcony overlooking the lake. It has nice pool and grounds. Publix shopping center is an easy walk with a few restaurants as well. Parks were a short 20 min drive. The owner is responsive through the app and super helpful. WIll be booking again next year! Thanks Ana!

The place was clean. The location was great, 20 minutes from Disney and about 10 minutes from Universal. It felt safe for the family. The pool outside was nice. The price was reasonable. Lastly,there was a review that complained that the carpets in the bedrooms were dirty and I want to make sure you know that they have hard wood floors throughout.

Great place to stay for Megacon!

Everything was perfect. Teenage girls had fun at the pool which is super nice. The view over the pond and sunsets was superb. Only two minor problems - bathrooms very dark at night. Bought nightlights (left them for future visitors, you're welcome!). Fan in master was too loud to leave on at night. Solution was to turn the a/c lower. Family included grandparents, mother and 3 older teenagers. Everyone agreed this is the place for next years Megacon.

Conference trip

I stayed at the property with two friends from work while we attended a conference at the OCCC. It was an easy commute to the conference, we each had our own space, and the unit was clean, comfortable and attractive. Great stay!

Wonderful stay

This property was a great spot for my family. A full kitchen with a suite of cooking and eating utensils. Walking distance from a Publix grocery store and breakfast restaurant. Beautiful, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property in a great location

This is a spacious three bedroom perfect my two grown sons, their friend and me. We were not there long enough to enjoy the amenities but they looked great. The location is close to Universal and a block from Publix. Everything was clean, light and fresh. I would return again. Thanks!

Nice location for the conference I attended. Could use carpet cleaning. Nicely decorated. Did not get a timely check in email and had a wait outside unit door about 25 minutes before I could get into the unit. A follow up message acknowledging the error would have been appreciated.

Safety Concern

This should be 5 star rating but… on our last night in the condo, the next days’ guests show up, unlock the door, and walk right in. HUGE safety concern. Why did they have the same code we were using? The host apologized for the “inconvenience.” In our opinion, the incident was much more than an inconvenience. It was frightening, and someone could’ve been injured.

I purchased this unit with the intention of creating a warm and welcoming space for my friends and family. The location is ideal—close to theme parks, restaurants, and shops. The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the few resorts in the International Drive area that offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen, laundry facilities, and a spacious living room. It’s located across from the new Epic Universe park, providing ample space for families and plenty of fun activities. The resort features beautiful, resort-style pools and is a quiet, safe, gated community—the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay.
