Turn the corner, and you’ll find my heart—the kitchen. Sleek countertops and modern appliances make this space perfect for everything from gourmet feasts to midnight snacks. The dining area, just a few steps away, is ready to host your family dinners or lively game nights around the table.

Two bedrooms are tucked away on this floor, each offering a private retreat of its own. One features an ensuite bathroom, while the other shares a chic and spacious bath.

2. No Parties or Loud Music: Please respect the neighbors. Failure to comply may lead to reservation termination and additional charges.

3. Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-outs may incur fees.

4. Trash Management: Take trash out regularly to avoid odors and pests. If staying on a Sunday, place the bins on the street.

5. Turn Off Lights: Switch off all lights before leaving to help control utility costs.

6. Thermostat Settings: In summer, set the thermostat no higher than 72°F. In winter, no lower than 68°F to maintain air quality.

7. Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. Avoid flushing paper towels, hygiene products, baby wipes, or other trash.

8. Garbage Disposal: Do not overload the garbage disposal. Use the trash can in the kitchen for excess waste.

9. House Items: Missing or damaged items (towels, cutlery, etc.) will be charged to your account.

10. Parking: Use your assigned parking space and avoid blocking driveways or mailboxes. Free street parking may be available.
