Bright spacious apartment

This is a newly renovated two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Brand new carpet through out. All the major appliances are brand new including the heater. Both mattresses in the bedrooms are also brand new. As well as the queen sized organic cotton futon in the living room.

Spacious Santa Barbara

Great location!
This condo had an awesome location for a very reasonable price. Carpet and appliances were new. Owner was a very good communicator. We had a problem getting the wifi to work at first but owner was readily available and very helpful in getting it going. The parking situation was a bit unclear based on the directions but we figured it out. We did have a couple of bugs in the unit but nothing excessive. Also, it would have been good if there was a fresh, new sponge. These are incredibly minor issues and overall, we would highly recommend a stay here.
