The beautiful sandy beach of Binz and the inviting for strolling and far beyond Rügen known Binzer beach promenade with numerous restaurants and cafes are just 150 meters. The charming spa park is directly opposite the villa. The house of the guest is only 100 meters away. The nearby shops guarantee optimal self-sufficiency of the residents. Despite the central location, the Granitzer forest and the Schmachter lake, which invite you to long walks in the nature as a recreational area, within walking distance.
