Wonderful stay!

Loved the location of this room, close to elevator (but still couldn’t hear it) and right about heated pool where we could look down at our older kids swimming. The room was prefect for our family, we will definitely be keeping it in mine for years to come!

Edgewater Resort

It was absolutely great! The entire condo had been updated from the listing shown and we were blew away at how nice all the amenities were. The resort itself had everything we needed, you literally would not have to leave if you didn't want to. The food downstairs by the pool was phenomenal and the staff were on top of everything. Beautiful poolscape and better than we imagined!

Disappointing, dingy and not as listed

We just returned from our stay here and had several issues with this condo. I tried to bring to the attention of property mgmnt but they have not yet changed the listing. Complex is nice, location is good. The master bedroom (the bedroom with the king bed) does NOT have the walk in shower attached. It has the small bathroom with the single sink, old toilet and standard tub. It has two doors- one going to the hall/ laundry area and the other to the bedroom. The closet in the “master bedroom” is very small. The other bedroom has two queen beds and is attached to the large, nice bathroom and huge closet. There is a double sink area separate from the toilet and walk in shower room- so from what we can figure at some point the bedrooms were swapped to host additional guests and the listing didn’t get updated to reflect the change. Not at all what’s listed and advertised and when I brought it up to the guest services person on the phone they said they didn’t control that info and to email the person I booked it through and I’ve sent three emails and the listing has not been updated. AC didn’t work when we arrived-Sat- called/ texted and Sun PM maintenance came and didn’t fix it correctly- call/ texted again Tue to get them back to fix and by then it was all froze up - Stains on rugs, couches, chair, comforter- Laundry room doors stained, dingy, rough shape- Old urine smell in “master” bathroom- Funky smell in master bedroom- lots of extra pillows, no extra pillow cases

It was an amazing week. The condo was beautiful! Only complaint(nothing major) was the handles on sliding door was missing so they were hard to open and close. But overall we would love to stay in this condo again!!

Spring break getaway

We left a snowstorm for PCB and had a wonderful escape for a week of relaxation and sunshine! Property was very nice and atmosphere was very family friendly. Would absolutely do it again!!!

Our stay was great and the property was really nice. The only complaint we had was that couch in the family room was quite stained and didn’t feel like you were sitting on clean furniture. It didn’t feel like we could relax. Everything else was quite clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much! Great time of year to visit.

Condo itself was great and exactly as pictured. Second time at resort, first time in this condo. Entire property, pools, etc are well maintained. Wasn’t particularly thrilled with how the entire resort area we were in was essentially shut down for an Ironman event. Nonetheless, great stay and we’ll be booking this unit again.

Had a wonderful stay at Edgewood. Manager was very responsive. Washing Machine broke on Tuesday delivered a brand new one by Thursday. Condo was great, clean and had everything we needed. Pools, ocean and amenities was awesome. Water was the clearest I have ever seen. Location was excellent. Friendly atmosphere. We would stay here again.

We were a family of 6 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room to be comfortable. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We could’ve used another large pot and a crockpot to cook things on our beach days. We were traveling for a baseball tournament and Edgewater provided a place for all families to find something in their price range. The kids had a blast at the beach, in the pools, and feeding the turtles in the ponds. We never felt like we had to leave the resort.

The Shower head in the big shower was completely clogged. I had to remove the shower head to use it. The large sliding door was so hard to open, due to worn out rollers, we couldn't use it. The handle on the small sliding door was broken so I installed a handle myself. The towel rack in the shower/bath was hanging on the wall with only one screw. We didnt use it. It was a nice stay and unit. It just needs to be maintained properly

Beautiful view

This property had a beautiful view that we were able to see dolphins from the kitchen window. The condo was spacious but in need of a deep clean and maybe some fresh paint. The host was extremely accommodating when our flights got cancelled he was flexible with shifting our stay by a couple days as it was winter and no one in the condo after us. Off season they don’t heat the main pool and our pool at tower 2 was broken down for the majority of our stay. Since it was really quiet at the other pools we were able to go over there for a day. We were very happy we were able to hear the sound of the ocean coming in the balcony all day long.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit for our family during a baseball trip. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and the Unit was perfect size for us. The location was perfect and the view was the best we have had in all our years visiting PCB. The kitchen was full of everything you would need and then some. The only issues we had that were very minimal were the Ice Machine in the Freezer was not working, the couch could use a good cleaning and under the couch was full of sand (like it was just swept under the couch). Other than that everything about our stay was perfect. We would highly recommend this unit.
