Log Cabin Escape Close to Skiing & Shops
The Green Mountain Log Cabin has you covered for all-season fun when you stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom log cabin with loft. Complete with a wood-burning fireplace and gas grill on a quiet, wooded lot, you'll feel at home while exploring the great outdoors. This vacation rental is the perfect escape for any family looking to recharge in the beautiful Green Mountain National Forest.
Close to skiing at Bromley (5m) & Stratton (20m), and minutes from trails, shops and 5-star restaurants.
Our cabin is in a very quiet, relaxing, and peaceful spot, and feels tucked away in the Green Mountain National Forest.
• Skiing: Stratton (20 mins), Bromley (5m), Magic (20m), Okemo (35m).
• HITS Manchester Summer Festival: 10 minutes.
Details
• The home is a modern log cabin, situated on 1 acre in the Green Mountain National Forest. It is comfortable for 6-8 guests (2,100 sq ft).
• The spacious primary bedroom (king bed) is located on the second floor, and includes a walk-in closet and ensuite bath with heated floors. This bedroom also has a desk for those working remotely.
• The second and third bedrooms (1 queen / 2 twin XLs) are located on the main floor. A bathroom with a bathtub is just outside these two bedrooms.
• The loft in the main living area has a full sleeper sofa.
• The spacious open layout on the main level is great for groups and conversation.
• The large basement is newly finished, and works great as a separate space to spread out and enjoy time alone or with friends & family. The basement includes a large rec room, half bath, laundry room, and mudroom entry area.

• Laundry is in the full-size finished basement.
• Enjoy unlimited music on the Sonos
• The wifi is very fast (300+mbps), and great for Zoom or streaming.
• We've got cable (YouTube TV), Netflix, Amazon Prime and Peacock. The living room and primary bedroom have TVs. The two main floor bedrooms do not have TVs.
• The huge deck with gas grill and table with umbrella is great to hang out on in the warmer months.
• Wood burning fireplace with wood-stove insert. Super cozy! And, enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Firewood is provided.
• Each bedroom includes a white noise machine, fan, and USB chargers.
• A/C: Each room has A/C, with individual controls. The area is also very quiet, so it is very nice to sleep with the windows open at night, if you prefer to save energy.
• EV Charger Level 2, J1772, 40A. 25' cable, accessible while parked in driveway.

We have been skiing and snowboarding in Vermont for the past 25 years with friends and family, and we've fallen in love with this area. We finally found a place we can call home base in the area and we're excited to rent out our home to other travelers who share the same passion for skiing and the great outdoors as we do!
