Poor Customer Service/Management
Place is spacious for big group but rating 2Star because of poor customer service.We contacted the host via text & phone about some electrical light issues. The lights would flicker on and off. Noticed this the 1st night, but it was not bad & everyone could still enjoy the night. The lights flickering on and off got so bad on 2nd day towards nighttime that we had to cook dinner and eat in the dark. It was flashing on and off very fast like club party lights, then died for 10-15mins & came back on. This repeated throughout the night. Messaged & sent videos as proof. He took no acknowledgment & said the previous two guests before did not mention this & to his knowledge, there are no electrical issues with the lights because an electrician has already come out to check and everything is fine. Pretty much he was telling us to just deal with the lights flashing on and off like we’re in the club. Any customer spending 3k to rent this place would be upset that they are dismissing this & asking something to be done. Despite the concern, we stayed until the next morning to checkout. We did get 1 night refunded & they sent a message saying "we accepted a refund so why did we continue to stay the night". Sending that last “petty” message shows how poorly it was managed.Updated: host confirmed that there was an electrical issue with the wiring & there was nothing they could have done. In my opinion, they are well aware of this issue and it has happened before but they fail to fix it.
