Villa Lipa is more than 100 years old and completely renovated in a stylish, Mediterranean stone house where you can feel the spirit of the past at every step.

The house is located in Privlaka, on a plot of 1600 m2, surrounded by vineyards, olive and fig trees, just 700 meters from the sandy beach.

Among the olive trees in the garden, a swimming pool is 32 m2, a pure oasis of refreshment and relaxation. Next to the pool is the 60 m2 large terrace which is located right outside the house.
The decor of the villa is unique with handmade furniture, and the interior of the house has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms a bathroom and a toilet. Rooms offer additional space for two extra beds, so the villa can hold a total of 8 people.

Villa is air conditioned, has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Behind the house there is parking for 2 cars and a large garden overlooking one of the most beautiful old church in Dalmatia - Sv. Vid. The villa is located near the medieval town of Nin and the city of Zadar, one of the finest and most famous tourist cities in Croatia, an attractive city of tradition, known for the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the sun, beautiful beaches, historical sites, good restaurants and entertainment. In 2016, the city of Zadar received the title of the most beautiful destination in Europe.

Stone holiday villa

Lovely stone house & pool in a good location for exploring the area. The house is close to a busy road but well screened and private. Easy to visit Zadar, Nin, Plitvice lakes & island of Pag. Local sandy beach 10 mins walk down road to the left of the church. Lovely relaxing holiday.

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare erholsame Wochen in diesem Traumhaus. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Ein überdachter, schattiger Tisch mit Grill lädt zum Essen ein um danach am schönen Pool inmitten von Olivenbäumen zu entspannen. Straße hört man nach ein paar Tagen nicht mehr…

Wunderbares Haus

Das Haus ist wunderbar gemütlich und lässt von der ersten Minute an Urlaubsfeeling entstehen. Alles ist großzügig (für 4 Personen) angeordnet, der Pool ist sauber und die Olivenbäume verstärken den südlichen Eindruck. Der einzige Wermuthstropfen ist die Autostraße.

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren 1 Woche in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Im Garten sind sogar noch ein paar mehr Olivenbäume beim Pool. Das Haus ist wie wir erfahren haben schon über 100 Jahre alt und wurde wieder aufgebaut. Tolle alte Bausubstanz und toller Charme! Wie bei den anderen Bewertungen haben wir auch die Strasse wahrgenommen, aber such uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört, da die Zirkaden noch viiiel lauter waren. In der Nähe des Hauses ist ein toller Sandstrand und super für Kinder, gar nicht voll und es kommt 1x am Tag der Eismann vorbei. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool ist wirklich ein Traum... Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in stilvollem Haus

Sehr schön restauriertes Ferienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und insgesamt 9 Schlafplätzen. Alles entsprach ziemlich genau der Beschreibung- durch die Fotos sieht allerdings alles etwas größer aus als in der Realität. Es war für uns ( 2 Familien) aber völlig ausreichend groß mit genug Platz. Der Pool ist toll, es gab aber nur 4 Liegen, aber die Kinder brauchten keine, daher war es kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief hervorragend und reibungslos- bei Fragen war sie immer Sofort zu erreichen. Es gibt nur 1 Dusche ( im OG ist noch ein kleines Bad ohne Dusche) aber das haben wir vorher gewusst und dank Aussendusche gab es zu 7. auch keinen Stau! Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig, man sollte also mit guten Freunden verreisen, war für uns kein Problem. Was man erwähnen sollte ist, dass das Haus direkt hinter einer viel befahrenen Straße auf die Insel Vir liegt. Uns hat das nicht so sehr gestört, aber wer wirklich Ruhe sucht ist hier vielleicht nicht so gut aufgehoben. Die Ausstattung könnte für 8 Personen etwas üppiger sein (so lief halt täglich die Spülmaschine) und bei dem Preis des Hauses könnte man die schleifenden Türen ( 1 OG) und die stumpfen Messer mal überarbeiten und ein paar kleine Schüsselchen, Eierbecher und Pfannen anschaffen. Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht, dass es nur sehr langsames WLAN gibt ( früh morgens gehts schneller) und nur Kroatische Fernsehsender. War für uns nicht schlimm, wir wollten uns ja erholen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit genossen! Der schöne Garten, der Grill und der tolle Pool haben uns begeistert!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Top-Zustand

Gut: - Tolle, neuwertige Villa, die die alte Bausubstanz stilsicher zur Geltung bringt - Die Fotos sagen die Wahrheit. Einfach schön. - Extrem gute Strände in naher Umgebung. Was man aber wissen muss: - Es gibt nur ein vollwertiges Bad und eine Dusche im Haus. Das zweite Bad ist klein, hat keine Dusche und ist schwerlich zu nutzen. Aber man kann auch draußen duschen. - Die Villa liegt neben einer in der Saison stark befahrenen Straße. Die sieht man nicht, man hört Sie aber sehr wohl. Wir konnten gut damit leben. Fazit: Wir hatten für uns (eine Familie mit zwei Kinder und ein Paar) eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem passenden Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Wonderful holiday

The house is beautiful with a large swimming pool. It is 35 minutes from the airport, which is an absolute bonus. There were seven of us holidaying, 4 adults and 3 small children. We were really late arriving but the owners were excellent were waiting for us and could have not been nicer, in fact they had been helpful from booking. The layout of the house is excellent, all open plan living accommodation, with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, and 2 huge bedrooms upstairs and a loo upstairs. Outside there is a covered area with a bbq, table and chairs, and sun loungers. But the pool is outstanding, we have stayed in many villas all with pools but none like this. The pool is large, warm, and all one depth with steps that walk you into the pool. We spent most of our time in the pool 😃 The beach is a short walk away. We taught the 7 & 5 year olds to snorkel there.. Buying groceries is easy, there are loads of stores dotted about. Zadar is an amazing place to spend the day, the singing steps are really worth seeing and hearing 😀 We had a wonderful holiday 👍

Original, sauber und einfach angenehm

Tolles Domizil mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Der Pool lädt zum Baden einfach ein und gerade mit Kindern war es eine tolle Alternative, wenn mal mal nicht zum Strand will oder abends einfach nochmal plantschen. Die Besitzer waren super nett und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zum Frühstücken draußen sitzen und abends im gemauerten Grill selbst etwas zubereiten, kein Problem. Die beiden oberen Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, aber auch der untere Schlafraum bietet mit einem großen Deckenventilator eine gute Abkühlungsmöglichkeit. Moderne Waschmaschine und Küchengeräte (Induktionsherd) runden das Ganze ab. Toll das gute freie W-Lan. Das Haus liegt umwerfend direkt neben einer kleinen sehr gepflegten Kapelle. Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Strand (allerdings durch Schotter nicht unbedingt geeignet für Kinderwagen). Aber es gibt in der Umgebung viele kleine Buchten zu erkunden. Schön wären noch ein paar Fahrräder vor Ort gewesen, für den schnellen kleinen Einkauf in Privlaka, da es doch eine weitere Strecke bis in den Ort ist, und man nicht unbedingt immer das Auto benutzen will. Die Schnellstraße direkt hinter dem Grundstück, die zur Halbinsel Vir führt, hat uns nicht gestört. Vielen Dank für einen schönen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die Zeit zur Erholung sehr genossen!

Stunning villa with lovely friendly owners!

We stayed in this stunning villa which is situated in a lovely quiet location as a group of 6. Although there is a main road by the villa we barely noticed it. It had a lovely pool area outside which was surrounded by olive and fig trees. This meant we didn’t have any other villas too close to us and was very private. The owners where extremely friendly and welcoming and very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. The villa was only a short 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach which was easy to find. There was also a lovely bbq area outside, although we did think the outside table didn’t live up to the standards of the rest of the villa. All 3 of the bedrooms where good sizes, with lovely decor and comfy beds. Only 2 of the rooms have air con, with the third bedroom being too hot to sleep in, so it is a shame this room doesn’t have it too. Everything in the villa was clearly very well looked after making our overall stay very enjoyable in this idyllic villa with lovely owners and would definitely return.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful country

We stayed in this villa as a family of four and it suited us perfectly. It is beautiful and very clean and the owner was very helpful. If you like nature this is a perfect beach holiday, lots of beaches to explore and National Parks to visit. You do need a car to stay here. One important thing to note is that the photo’s of the outside of the villa do not do it justice. The gardens are much more mature than shown with lovely areas of shade under fig and olive trees, there is also a built in BBQ and shaded gazebo area with a large table and chairs,perfect for eating under and playing cards etc. plus two rustic wooden swings for the children! Perfect place to stay for four people with two teenage children who had a large air conditioned room each upstairs.
