Hidden Gem! Treasure Island Waterfront 2/2 with a pool and dock!

This is a completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit of a waterfront duplex. Enjoy the views from your huge sliding glass doors that overlooks the gorgeous pool and beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. We have spared no expense for this home, and you will enjoy brand new Samsung appliances throughout the home, granite counter tops, full size washer and dryer in the master en-suite. All of the amenities you would want to enjoy at a relaxing get away! The public Treasure Island Beach is a 4 minute walk, located right across from our neighborhood. The inlet we are on in Boca Ciega has both sun rise and sunset views, and at the end of the inlet is a boat/kayak rental company. The unit has access to its own dock with, for an additional fee and, we offer a 10k pound boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts! (Please contact us prior to booking for more information and pricing). .
Bring your boat, rent one, or simply enjoy the dolphin watching from the deck! We even have a manatee that frequents our dock.

We want this to be your vacation destination for years to come, and we are confident you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay... even down to the beach wagon to bring your items to the beach! This is not a party house, however and this duplex is nestled into a quiet and safe neighborhood.

We do have a second unit in this house that is available if you want to book with other family or friends or enjoy the entire duplex and pool for yourselves. Please contact us for more information.

This home is 30 minutes from St Pete airport and 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport. It is half a mile to John's Pass and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and a 4 minute walk to the public beach and snack bar.

Best and cleanest rental ever

A wonderful time was had by all. Terry and Krystal are phenomenal host. Hoping to return when a hurricane isn’t in the forecast and we can stay the full length of planned stay.

Amazing place wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars .. Can’t say enough good things about this place to view is just amazing. And access to the ocean the beach two minutes away. 4th of July weekend

This duplex house is the cutest. My family stayed in the adjoining unit. It was perfect for us. The units were clean and tidy. The owner went above and beyond with providing essentials. The pool was wonderful. We booked the lift for our boat and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend this unit!!!!

Gorgeous!

This house has everything that you need for a perfect vacation! We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, the view of the dolphins swimming in the bay and all sorts of aquatic birds. We loved the proximity to the beautiful public beach, restaurants and bars. We only wished it was stated more clearly that the pool and backyard areas are shared with other guests of the adjacent unit. Not a big deal for us, but it would be good to know in advance. Overall great experience and highly recommended!

Great location & family friendly

Great property close to everything the Florida beaches have to offer. Nice amenities and super pool for the kids. House was comfortable and clean. This is a duplex and may have to share backyard with other side if it is rented out. This was not a problem for us, as the first family we shared with was great & then there was someone there for a night who we never saw and then we had it to ourselves the rest of the week. Only comment to improve would be some shade provided by a small awning or roof attached to the back. There is no shade till later afternoon. Great place for a couple or small family.

Awesome Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. The view from the pool area and dock were amazing and it was a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The manager responded quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Little Slice of Paradise

This is a great spot for a small family to stay. All the Good...We loved that it was 'off the beaten path' yet close to anything you could want. It is an incredibly quiet neighborhood and for for us that was just what we wanted! Beautiful view of the bay (my favorite), we were there the wrong time of year for the sunsets to be viewed from the patio. We had sea life many of the days we were; dolphins, manatee and stingrays. So AWESOME! The owners were very responsive with any questions I had, thank you Krystal and Terry! The other: The reason I gave cleaning 4 out of 5 stars is I am kind of a freak about cleanliness and there is a good amount of dust build up on the ceiling fans, washer/dryer...it didn't cause me any problems. The family room has a sofa and one chair (besides the island stools). If we would've come with another couple (as we originally planned), it would've been awkward if hanging out at the unit...just imagine one in the chair and your spouse sitting on the sofa with the other couple. The pool is not heated, most times it may not be an issue but because Florida had several cool evenings in a row the water was too cold for us to enjoy the pool the first 12 days. It is not cheap to add heat to the pool, but I think it should be advertised. All and All this is a great little vacation spot, if you are looking for a nice quiet, well maintained vacation space, I encourage you to book a stay here. Thank you again, looking forward to returning again.

Our stay

Great location. There is a free ride up and down the gulf. Very short rides. It was beautiful out back. We saw dolphins twice, a crane and pelicans on the deck. Wish it warmer so we could of used the pool that looked very inviting. Decor was so costal and cute and furnished well in the kitchen. Only downfall which is very small is there could have been a few more towels and dish washing rag. We had a great time and great stay over all. Would stay again!

Surpassed all expectations

The rental couldn't have been any better. Krystal had everything set up perfectly to be comfortable as soon as you walk in. The patio/pool area is for lack of a better word, perfect. The morning view of the sunrise on the intracostal was our favorite way to start every day. We didn't have to go more than 3 miles in any direction to have everything we needed as far as food, or entertainment. We will be returning whenever we visit Treasure Island.

Girls Weekend

The weekend started out with us not knowing if we could make it due to the hurricane, but communication was great and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The place was amazing from the moment we walked in. The view is amazing, you feel like your right on the water. Nice high end appliances, the best part was having a ice maker. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Back to school VACA

My husband, myself and our "tweenager" came down to Treasure Island for a back to school vacation and we had a great time. Although we didn't get to see the dolphins that everyone kept talking about off the dock we did see a manatee. The pictures were just as the listing showed. It was great time. Only a couple of blocks to the Treasure Island Beach and a short drive to other sites to see. The unit had everything that we needed and Publix had anything that we did need. Thanks and will look at booking again.
