A day of fun at the beach is only a short stroll away using the traffic light crosswalk. Fill up the wagon with beach toys galore, including Surfboards, Body Boards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Sandtoys & More!

Your private backyard oaisis is set in a quiet neighborhood that gives you the choice of playing games with the family, relaxing in a hammock, telling stories around the firepit , watching an outdoor movie, grilling a delicious meal & sipping drinks in the shade of the tiki. Oh, don't forget you have your own private free heated large pool too (Dec.15th-April 30th).

Near the property, you can start your morning with a gorgeous sunrise & a stroll on the beach. Then, you can hop on the property bikes & ride into town for a bite to eat or hit one of the boutique shops to find unique treasures. If you’re timing is right, you might feel the sonic boom of one of our many rockets blasting into Space & watch it happen right from the driveway . You can also take the property kayaks and paddleboards to the nearby river and explore the 1000 islands of Cocoa Beach. You can often see birds of all kinds, manatee, & dolphin.

After exploring the town you can head back to your vacation home for a dip in your private pool. You’ve worked up an appetite so it feels great to sit down for a delicious meal, some great conversation & a few rounds of your favorite games. End the night with some quiet music and stories around the fire.

I travel frequently and like to stay in vacation rentals. This property was the best I have stayed in. Spacious. Clean. So many amenities beyond our expectations. It was like having our own retreat. Stocked with necessities that we would have never expected. Even toys for the kids. The hosts went above and beyond and were quick to answer when we had questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to this area

Best Vacay Ever

We stayed for my daughter’s sweet 16. All she wanted was a relaxing beach trip, with lots of tanning and swimming. The hosts went out of their way to make this stay special for our daughter. The details made her feel so special and the property was everything she wanted. The house is gorgeous! The back yard is so fun and the pool was perfect. I cannot recommend this property enough!!!!!

Excellent Property

This place was wonderful. Beautiful, clean, and with very warm and thoughtful touches. The location is excellent as it is across the street from the beach. The owners really know how to be amazing hosts. The place is a lot of fun for the whole family!! There was sooo much to do at the house between the backyard and all the games inside, the children and adults were never bored! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Cocoa Beach Trip

Everything was amazing. They thought of so may details to make it easier for travelers. They stocked paper towels, Qtips, disposable razors, and toilet paper (even the good stuff!) We were greeted with beautiful flowers and a sweet treat, which was an amazing touch! We thoroughly enjoyed and the location was perfect!

Amazing!

This was THE most amazing VRBO in Cocoa Beach. Everything was thought and f by the owners of the home. The pool was perfect& equipped with the most amazing floats, the home was pristine… and perfectly located. I am in love with this beautiful home… a must for anyone going to Cocoa Beach!!!

Amazing house!!! Can’t say enough good things!

This house was amazing. It has everything you can think of. Having everything there was a huge plus!!! To be able to take beach chairs and beach toys to the beach…. Having everything stocked so we can cook and grill…. Bikes to be able to ride… the back yard is INCREDIBLE. The entire house was so clean. I truly can not say enough good things. We will only stay here if we go back to coca beach. The communication is great and quick! I love them so much!!!

Family Reconnection

My family of 6, along with my parents stayed in the house for a few days for some R&R at the beach and, more importantly to visit with relatives who live in Orlando. It was perfect! Wendy thought of everything! The house is perfectly set up for fun, relaxing family time - the kids were never bored! The pool is great and all of the outdoor games and activities kept everyone outside for the majority of our time there. Also, the house is fully stocked for a day at the beach. Thank you for such a wonderful stay - we will certainly be back and will be sure to let others know as well!

Excellent vacation home

The home had something for everyone of all ages. There is nothing they didn’t have that you would need/want. There were multiple spaces for ALL of us to sit and eat (which is not common with a large family)! The communication was fast and easy. Accessing the beach was super easy…. Right across the road. There is even a cross walk right in front of the house. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Would absolutely book again.

Fantastic property

Not only have the hosts thought of everything you could possibly need, but the location and home are amazing. A five minute walk from the beach and just the best possible stay you could find on the Space Coast. We stated 3 days and it was impossible to enjoy everything the property had to offer in that short a time.

Fabulous listing

This was by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed in, and we have been to many. The home is very clean, and this is my top priority when booking. It is also so well stocked that you can literally bring your clothes and enjoy your stay. There were so many extras, and the host was super helpful with recommendations and even has a book with coupons and addresses for anything you may want. There were so many extra thoughtful things like spices, Ziplock bags, baby items, toys, games, swim diapers, pullups, diapers, toothbrushes, literally anything I forgot I am sure it was there. Chargers in every room, things for the beach, bikes, yard games. We had an amazing stay and will defiantly stay again in the future. I didn't even have to go anywhere but the backyard and I still felt like I was on vacation, the grandkids loved the pool and mini golf. I cannot say enough good things about this house.

Best back yard!

Overall, we loved our stay! You have put so much into that place with all the little details anticipated for guests. Our only issue was one of the 2 bathrooms is in a bedroom. Two of our party got that bath & the other 5 had to share the only other bath. Not sure how you could fix it tho. All in all, it was fantastic!

Amazing family vacation home!

We had two families with kids ranging from 8 -12 stay at this home and it had everything you could ever want! We walked to the beach every morning to watch the sun rise, and then returned for the afternoon to boogie board with the kids. Everything you needed for the beach was supplied! House itself was also great and fully stocked. Owners were amazing to deal with...super responsive and left a nice welcome gift upon arrival. Overall, a 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

Perfect Vacation

Having this place as our home base for our family vacation to Cocoa Beach made it the perfect vacation. There were so many games and activities as well as beach and pool toys for the kids. The house itself was fully stocked with quality appliances and kitchen equipment. There was so much attention to detail to everything throughout the property. The house is beautiful, updated, and immaculate. The location is great - a short walk to the beach and close by the grocery store. We would love to come back this is one of the best on VRBO. The ice cream hut down the block was a big hit.

Location and Amenities!

House was walkable and across the street from Lori Wilson beach(free to park), but also a few minute drive to other beach access points that we tried as well($5/hour parking). Owners provide all beach items you’d need! House is stocked with everything you can think of! I brought so much that I never had to open as far as toiletries and home basics. Welcome flowers and cupcakes were there upon arrival. Everything super clean! Great stay!

Great Rental and Hosts

We came for a short visit to celebrate our youngest son graduating from college in Orlando and wanted to give him a much-needed break. Wendy was a great host and went out of her way to do a little decorating and left us some treats for my son. It was much appreciated. The home had everything we needed and enjoyed being able to hang at the pool and do some grilling. Beach was very easy walk, and they have everything you could possibly need to take and use at the beach. Wonderful place to stay, especially for families. Thanks for being such a gracious host.

Without a doubt, one of the best bookings I have ever made! We rented this house for several days for a family reunion to celebrate my mother's birthday. The house is immaculate, spacious, packed full of fun activites, and literally across the street from the beautiful beach. But the reason we loved it so much was because of the host, Wendy. She went above and beyond and decorated the house before our arrival for my mom's birthday and left us treats. Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! We spent the next few days enjoying big meals under the tiki hut, laying in the hammocks next to the fire pit, swimming in the pool, playing table tennis and cornhole, and enjoying all of the kayaks, bikes, and boogie boards packed into the shed for your use at the beach. Honestly, I cannot rave about this house enough. We now plan to visit every year and make it a tradition. Thanks again Wendy!!

Don't Pass on This One!

This is a fantastic property in great location. The owners have thought of virtually everything you could want. They were incredibly responsive to questions/requests throughout our stay. The nice arrival extras are just another "above and beyond" touch. Highly recommend taking the kayaks over to the launch. We spent several hours paddling among the various islands. Tons of wildlife including dolphins that popped up right next to us! Beach is very easy to access and was not overly crowded during our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely return on our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

Fabulous weekend stay!

We loved our (much too short) time at this wonderful home celebrating my son’s birthday! Wendy and Jim are the best hosts, very kind and communicative and with so much attention to detail. We were so surprised to find birthday decorations and cake upon arrival it arrival which made our stay extra special :-) There are so many thoughtful touches, and I can’t think of any detail they’ve overlooked. There is so much to do with the heated pool and fun floats, all the games inside and out, and about every thing you could possibly need for the beach from chairs to sand toy and even a wagon to pull it all in. The beach is an easy five minute walk across the street. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area!

My husband Jim and I have been married for 32 years. It's hard to believe but we have two boys who are now both adults. It goes fast so enjoy every second while they're little! We both lived in Michigan all our lives until we finally moved to Florida 11 years ago.
Jim and I have always loved Real Estate and traveling. Finally, we've been able to combine our two passions to provide a beautiful vacation home for lucky travelers. Why they chose this property

We had traveled to Florida from Michigan every year over Christmas. One of our favorite destinations was Cocoa Beach, so we've been looking for the right property to create a vacation rental for almost as long as we lived in Florida. As soon as we walked into the Beach n Tiki we could see the potential for what it would become. From the stellar location, to the soaring ceilings we knew this would make a great beach escape for many lucky vacationers.

What makes this property unique

The Cocoacabana is located right across the street from the world-famous Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach. You can either walk across the road using the stop-light activating crosswalk, or park for free in the park. There's a trolley stop right at the end of the road so you can hop on the trolley and not have to worry about driving back home. Cocoa Beach has so much to offer including surfing, kite boarding, fishing, a gambling cruise (out of Port Canaveral), the Dinosaur Store & museum, delicious restraunts and more. You can even catch a rocket launch right from our beach. The sunset on the river is great and the ocean sunrise is even better! The backyard is resort-worthy with a large pool, tiki hut, yard games, movie wall and beach equipment.
