Couple weekend

This condo was perfect for our weekend. The community was quiet which was appreciated after a long day. The location was great as it was less than 15 minutes to Barefoot Landing and Convention Center. Would stay here again

Nice and cozy

This condo was very nice, clean,and close to everything by myrtle beach. If even offered to stay a little later for check out at a small price which was perfect because our flight left at 6:35 so we was able to stay till 2:00. I will always use this place when coming to Myrtle Beach.

very nice

Easy location close to broadway at the beach and major roads. Unit was clean, although could use a new rug and chairs to be reupholstered. Provided some basic supplies which was a nice touch and ample towels. Also an elevator in building was a welcome sight with heavy luggage. would stay again

Very nice and great price place for 4. I wish it had more kitchen utensils, glasses ( there were only wine glasses) and some basic staples such as salt and pepper. Came with a starter pack for the bathroom and dishes, but that’s about it..

Family Vacation

The home was very clean and well stocked. Loved the fact that it had a washer and dryer, although the dryer didn’t work well. The internet wasn’t good either. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly. Everything was in good proximity of the house. Would def book again for future trips.

Good place!

Location of the home was excellent! The actual property was awesome as well. As for the home, it was nice. Could've been a little cleaner than it was, shower curtain had mold on it, hadn't been changed in a while. Bed was surprisingly comfortable! The pull out couch was horrible, needs a better mattress. Other than that I think it was well worth the stay.

Beautiful condo, not as clean as it could be

We absolutely loved this adorable condo. It was the perfect location with so much to do around it. However, it could have been cleaner. It seemed like it hadn’t been lived in for a while because there was a ton of dust and the baseboards were filthy. I spent a lot of time cleaning. The screen door on the deck was broken as well as the table on the deck. The batteries for remotes were dead w/ no replacements. The bathroom could definitely use an update and shower curtain was moldy. The dryer needed to run 4 cycles to dry everything. These are minor issues in the grand scheme of things but not some thing you want to deal with when you’re paying to be on vacation . The condo itself is beautiful and the facilities are amazing with gorgeous pools and right on a golf course. Definitely worth staying there. I hope they fix things for the next renters!

Needs definite attention.

The photo looked very good but we were surprised when we got there. The condo was dirty and the TV didn't work for 3 days after calling. The washer and dryer was so full of lint that it got all over our clothes when we used it. Kitchen was listed as fully stocked but it only had 1 large and 1 small glass and only a few utensils. The only positive was that the bed was pretty comfortable. The property was nice but this condo needs attention!!!

Nice Place. Bad housekeeping.

The property wasn't clean. There was hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. None of the linen for the pullout sofa smelled fresh or clean. There was an excessive amount of dust under the bed. The housekeeper needs to be retrained.

Nice Condo!

This was a nice condo close to everything. The bathroom could use a little updating and the dryer did not dry our clothes but for the 5 days we were there we thought it was a nice place and the price was appropriate.

Perfect one bedroom

My husband and I came down to watch our son play at Ripken over his spring break and this condo was perfect. It was super clean and very comfortable. We had a very small issue with the hot water in the shower. We called the property manager that evening and someone was out the ver next day and fixed it within minutes. Not only did the maintenance guys stop by but so did the owner. He was such a nice man and we really enjoyed his visit. He just wanted to stop by and apologize for the inconvenience. The inconvenience was so minimal but the thought was huge. We would definitely rent this unit again.
