The apartment Staete 5 is located on the 1st floor (elevator available) of a small apartment building in the centre of Groet.
It is comfortable and tastefully decorated, and you'll have a stunning view over Groet. The location is wonderful: only 2000 m from the beautiful beach of Camperduin, and just behind this building the woods starts. There are many cycle and walking tracks which bring you through woods and dunes to the beach.

Nice and comfortable furnished living with doors to the 'french balcony'. Open, modern and fully equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom with double shower. Seperat toilet. 1 bedroom with double bed and a closet. Now with blackout curtains. A small bedroom with bunk bed. There is a place to park your bikes (general use). You can park your car for free in Groet. You can load and unload your belongings in front of the building

Mooie accomodatie. Niets op aan te merken. De parkeerplaats was erg onhandig. Bijna niet in en uit te komen door andere gasten met een te grote auto en te ruim parkeren.

Groet vom 30.05. bis 02.06.2024

Da wir schon einige Male in Groet waren, war uns das Örtchen sowie die Umgebung bekannt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß. Mit dem Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten ist auch eine gute Idee. Da wir einen fast 15 jährigen Hund dabei hatten, waren wir auch glücklich über einen Aufzug im Haus (Treppe ist recht steil und wäre für den Hund nicht machbar gewesen). Wir waren jedoch sehr überrascht, als der Aufzug sowohl beim rauf wie auch runter fahren plötzlich anhielt. Es dauerte dann einige Sekunden/Minuten bis man ihn wieder aktivieren konnte, aber keine Panik. Eine Eigentümerin, die selber im Haus wohnt, erzählte uns dann, dass dies daran liegen könnte, dass Gäste den Aufzug einfach zu voll geladen hätten. Alles in allem waren es, bis auf das Wetter, wieder mal ein paar schöne Tage in Groet.

Groet Ferienwohnung

Wohnung war super, ausreichend groß. Betten bequem, Küche und Bad vollkommen ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Einzig die Lage an der Durchgangsstraße und die Bushaltestelle unterm Schlafzimmerfenster war nicht so schön. Man wurde grundsätzlich morgens um 7 Uhr geweckt von laut redenden Menschen..... Die Lage sonst war perfekt. Mit den Fahrrädern schnell in toller Dünenlandschaft, am Meer. Man könnte schöne Wanderungen machen und im Ort gibt es fußläufig mehrere leckere und gute Restaurants mit richtig gutem Service. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Strandurlaub mit dem Fahrrad

Als 3 köpfige Familie hatten wir eine gute Zeit in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die verfügbare Ausstattung der Wohnung war für uns absolut ausreichend. Die direkte Lage an der Straße kann aufgrund der Geräuschentwicklung als Nachteil genannt werden. Da wir aber tagsüber unterwegs waren, und nachts der Straßenverkehr fast nicht vorhanden war, ist dies eher ein Hinweis als ein Kritikpunkt. Ein Restaurant und ein kleiner Supermarkt in der direkten Nähe, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür sind noch zu als positiv zu erwähnen. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung! Klare Empfehlung!

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung, Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich gleich nebenan. Leider liegt die Wohnung zur Straßenseite, was bei geöffneten Fenstern teilweise sehr laut war. Alles in allem verbrachten wir eine schöne Woche und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Urlaub im goldenen Oktober

Die unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles, was man benötigt, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Ich konnte schon vor 15 Uhr, direkt nach meiner Ankunft das Appartement beziehen, was sehr angenehm war. Die Matratze war ausgezeichnet, was nicht selbstverständlich ist für Ferienwohnungen. Ein kleiner Nachteil war die Lautstärke von der Straße , die trotz Doppelverglasung tagsüber noch gut zu hören war.

Schöne Urlaubswoche in Groet

Wir wurden bei Ankunft von einer sehr freundlichen und gut Deutsch sprechenden Verwalterin in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Allerdings war der Straßenlärm störend. Das war allerdings das einzige Manko. Klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt zu Zweit!!

alles bestens, gerne wieder

alles gut. keine direkte Strandlage (2 KM), dafür nah am Wald in der für Holland eigentlich untypischen Hügellandschaft. Uns gefällt die Abwechselung von Strand und Wald. Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen sehr gut, hat alles was man/frau braucht.

Sehr schön und gemütlich!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, wie im Inserat beschrieben! Wir schließen uns zwar den Vorrednern an, dass es an der Straße laut werden kann, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage ist phantastisch! Mit den gemieteten Fahrrädern, ist man super schnell am Strand und noch schneller im Naturschutzgebiet. Wir kamen aus dem Fotos machen nicht mehr heraus :-) Sehr zu empfehlen!
