About this property

Haus Hörnicke - Large attic apartment with balcony

Welcome to my apartment 01 with a cozy wood stove and a large balcony. The apartment is child-friendly and not far from forest and cross-country trails.

Furnishing:
Apartment 01 (approx. 85 m², for 2 to 5 people) is on the top floor of my house. It consists of a spacious living / dining room (upholstered group and dining area for 6 people) with a wood stove (the firewood is available for a fee of 5.00 per bag), satellite TV and radio-CD player, a separate fully equipped kitchen with Storage room and two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other with a single bed, a double bed and a shower / toilet. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the 14.5 m² balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view over the landscape.

Pets are allowed on request.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be pre-ordered from me for a fee of € 10.00 per person.

Please pay the applicable spa fee on site at the Tourist Information, Am Kurpark 9, 37444 Sankt Andreasberg.

For a second car there is a parking space in front of the property or a free large car park 20 m away.

Kuschelige Wohnung
Kommunikation und Übergabe der Wohnung war super. Eine schöne, kuschelige Wohnung, die wir unbedingt weiter empfehlen können. Was uns wirklich gestört hat, war das Knarren des Doppelbettes im dreier Raum sowie das Knacken des Bodens, wenn man sich im Einzelbett bewegt. Sehr viel besser wären Duschwände als Vorhänge. Holz für den Kamin muss man sich selbst besorgen. Bekommt man aber beim dortigen Nahkauf. Die Ausgangsposition dort für diverse Ausflüge war klasse. Auch die dortige Umgebung ist schön. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Glimrende og ren lejlighed. Vandhane i køkken i uorden, ret irriterende. Der trængte til en kærlig hånd udendørs. Det så lidt mistrøstigt ud. Udsigten far terasse snød noget i forhold til det forventede. Træerne er nok vokset. Mvh Otto Nielsen

Großzügige, gemütliche Wohnung
Eine gut geschnittene, gemütliche Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für drei bis fünf Personen und einem herrlichen Blick in den Wald. Leider konnten wir den großen Balkon nicht mehr nutzen, dafür den gut funktionierenden Kachelofen – heizt sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet (eine Teekanne habe ich allerdings vermisst) und ausgesprochen ruhig. Gute Lage mitten im Wandergebiet, zum Einkaufen u.a. braucht man aber ein Auto. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern einmal wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft
Eine schöne Unterkunft in einer sehenswerten Gegend. Dank des guten Kontaktes wurden unsere Fragen zur Ausstattung schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige Manko war unser knarrendes Bett. Und für die künftigen Gäste empfehlen wir etwas mehr Mülltüten, Geschirrspültabs, Toilettenpapier, Küchentücher und Handseife zur Verfügung zu stellen und die Wohnung mit Grillbesteck auszustatten.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung in einem "Dreifamilienhaus"! Bzw. Ferienwohnungen!! Die Größe war für uns zwei mit Hund völlig ausreichend! Im Großen und Ganzen neu renoviert. Mit großen Balkon! Als Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre sicherlich aufgrund der Wärme zu gewissen Jahreszeiten eine Abdunklungsmöglichkeit der Dachgeschoßfenster sowie der Fenster / Tür vom Balkon aus! Wie wir fanden sehr saubere Wohnung! Die Bildergalerie vom Wohnzimmer sollte aktualisiert werden! Machen sie weiter so!!

Es war alles gut organisiert und sauber, Brötchenservice, WLAN, alles bestens. Eine Vermieterin, die sich wirklich kümmert, und daneben auch jemand, der einem schnell Werkzeug für den Schlitten bringt. Ganz klasse. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Danke.
