This 3 bed 1 bath stair-less ranch will make you feel right at home! It sits on a huge/open 1.3 acre lot.
King bed is tempur-pedic memory foam, the other two queen beds are also extremely comfortable. The microfiber sofa and futon are great, too!
The kitchen has everything you need.. brand new fridge & water filter! You’re 1500 feet to McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, Checkers, Waffle House.. close to everything and 3 minutes from downtown lawrenceville. 7 minutes from Mall of GA.
The space is very cozy, all three bedrooms are spaced out nicely so you don’t feel cramped. Just over 1000 square feet.
