The sunsets from our 15th floor balcony will take your breath away!! Be soothed by the sound of the waves. Watch a family of dolphins play just offshore. Take a stroll in the sugar white sand. Swim in one of our tower-length beachside pools.

Designed with families in mind, this condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full size laundry room with extra capacity washer and dryer and an extra storage pantry. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the bar seats three more. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need -- appliances include dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and microwave. You'll also find can opener, toaster oven, blender, and a coffee station. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf while you cook breakfast.

The family room features a queen sleeper sofa & flat screen TV. Floor to ceiling windows also contain a sliding door so you can walk from the family room onto the balcony to enjoy the gulf breezes.

Master suite features a king bed, flat screen HD Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a large private bathroom. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door opening onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, flat screen HD TV, large closet, and an access door into the large hall bathroom. From the window in this bedroom there are great views of Pier Park and the entire area as far away as West Bay! The bunk room features twin on top/full on bottom bunk beds, comfortably sleeping three people. This private room also has a flat screen HD Smart TV and a chest of drawers.

This property is just across the street from Pier Park, which features numerous restaurants, shops, and a movie theatre. Calypso is the place to be at Panama City Beach, and this condo is as good as it gets!!!

Perfect location

The condo was in the perfect location, right across from Pier Park. We did not have the best weather there, so it was great to be able to just walk across the street to Pier Park instead of having to drive somewhere, because the traffic was terrible.

Beautiful views of the white sandy beaches and the Gulf. Property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too. Cara was great and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

Almost two weeks later fees charged

Our family has been renting vacation properties through VRBO consistently since 2013 and we have only received positive owner reviews. We have never experienced an owner claiming we left the condo in an unacceptable manner until now. Today on 4/13, the owner just notified me via email that from our stay on March 25th to March 31st she incurred $466.37 in extra cleaning fees (including a payment of $100 to the next family coming in because the condo was late and “they were angry”). I was never reached out to about this concern of hers for further investigation until today and it has been almost two weeks. We enjoyed the unit and location but in light of this large fee being assessed almost two weeks later without communication until today, I do not recommend this owner. Fortunately I have never experienced anything like this with another owner in the past.

Amazing location!

We had the privilege of staying in this beautiful condo right on the beach with endless views! It was extremely clean, well stocked, very comfortable and roomy! My family of 6 ages 4 to 45 all enjoyed it. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the pier and many restaurants and shops! We loved the location and the view! Would definitely come back and stay again. Cara, the host was extremely helpful and detailed during our reservation and check in/out process. We appreciate you sharing your condo with us!

Excellent in Every Way!

The condo is exactly as described and as presented in the photos. Cara is a great host— she replies quickly to messages and sends detailed instructions the week before your stay. The condo is beautiful, and is located right next to Pier Park (and walking distance to many attractions). We followed the instructions exactly as they were written and had no problem! The condo even comes with beach chair service, and there are two beautiful pools. If you are considering visiting PCB, I highly recommend this place!

Nice, spacious, and the views😍

Making the reservation, chk in, and chk out was a breeze. Owner has quick response by texting through phone, but not through VRBO. The condo was nice. Needs some updating, but still nice. The master bathroom has a slow drain. When taking a shower the tub starts filling up and when you turn the knob for the shower straight up it makes a squealing sound. My husband didn't like his side of the bed in the MB bc he said he felt like he sank into a hole. Although my side was quite comfortable. The floor fan in the MB was extremely dusty so I had to clean it before using it bc my husband has allergies. The ceiling fans need to be updated bc the blades are starting to droop. There was a hole in the MB bathroom about the size of a quarter that I reported to her through VRBO but didn't get a response. (Idk if she gets msgs through VRBO or not.) The MB, bath & closet are very spacious. The kitchen is nice, but a couple of the cabinet door hinges need repairing. The kitchen sink & refrigerator are small. Two of the balcony chairs need to be replaced bc when you sit it feels like your sitting on the bar of the chairs. There are plenty of chairs for the beach. She also supplies you with a beach umbrella and a cooler, but we brought our own. The location is amazing bc you can walk to everything! If you love fishing like my husband does this is the place for you bc the pier is within walking distance. The is the closest condos to the pier. We will definitely stay here again and I do recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for amazing beach views. Thank You Cara for making this vacation process stress free!

Fabulous Condo

The condo was great! The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, lots of beach gear, kitchen had everything we needed, the view was beautiful! Only draw back was the slow draining showers, but it's vacation so it wasn't a big deal. Beach was super busy (as expected); the rental chair guys didn't enforce the 'No tents in front of rental chairs' rule, but the beach was still amazing. Would definitely recommend! Oh & the elevators were great, no long waits!!
