Small apartment in a residential complex, located on a hill on Lake Maggiore. Small terrace with beautiful view of the lake, equipped for outdoor dining. 3.5 km Luino with beautiful lakeside promenade with bars and typical restaurants and ferries to other picturesque towns on the lake and the Borromean Islands. The surrounding area offers many hiking and biking trails. 1.5 km Germignaga from where an 8 km footpath and bike path runs mostly along the riverbank. Possibility to order a Wi-Fi modem, a high chair and a crib (payment on site).
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed.
