Welcome to Latitude Adjustment! This home's stunning architecture lends the feel of a mountain getaway with all the perks of the warm weather and sunshine Lake Norman has to offer. Meticulously designed, the luxury home provides panoramic views. The open floor plan and abundance of outdoor decking overlooking the lake are perfect for hosting family and friends for your next getaway.
As you enter the home, you will be greeted by high ceilings, beam-topped rooms, and a wall full of windows showing off all the outdoor amenities; including the brand new pool/spa, the expansive deck, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, fireplace, and fire pit. Inside you will be drawn to the chef's kitchen with commercial grade appliances, a built-in coffee bar, and a kitchen island for additional seating. Make your way down to the lower level where there is a fully upgraded bar, second living room, and game room.

Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!
*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily
*** Pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day
*** Pool off season, $100 per day to heat the pool
