Relaxing vacation in a holiday home with pool in beautiful Dalmatia

This beautiful holiday home is located on a large plot of land in Benkovac near Zadar. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The living room leads to the terrace, which has access to the pool. Here you can relax in the sun loungers. They play a round billiard, darts or table football in the spacious lounge. You can also prepare local specialties on the grill and enjoy them together at the large table. On the air-conditioned upper floor there are four more bedrooms with a bathroom. Our house is very suitable for families with children, there is still a trampoline and the swings. The next beautiful beaches can be found in Pakostane or Biograd. Zadar can be reached in 20km. Drive away. Worth seeing are the waterfalls of Krka in Sibenik, which are 50km. away. Split can be reached in an hour by car.

Sehr gerne wieder war alles tip top und waren sehr zufrieden
Es hat alles perfekt geklappt . Supermarkt war fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und der hatte 7 Tage die Woche offen . Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt auch um das Land zu erkunde sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe und mit Auto schnell zu erreichen

Fantastic villa
What an amazing property. We stayed here with our 3 teenagers and absolutely loved it. There rooms are spacious, the grounds are huge and the games room is a big bonus. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living space is really comfortable. We visited Zadar, Trogir , Krka, Split and the Plitvice waterfalls, all brilliant days out. The beach at Pakostane is lovely, and not too busy. Having a big supermarket in walking distance was a big help. All in all, a fabulous holiday in a lovely property..We would love to come back !

Fantastic holiday villa was superb and beyond all our expectations
Vila was well presented and cleaned throughout with great amenities the pool was wonderful and all enjoyed it the beds where comfortable and clean sleeping was an absolute dream especially with the shutters closed as complete darkness woke up first couple of mornings thinking it was still Night and turned over. also great location only half hour from closest beach and central to all tourist locations ample space for two families being 4 adults two older teenagers and another two 12 yr olds would definitely return highly recommend

Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Das Haus ist wunderschön 🤩 man hat Platz ohne Ende. Die Kinder konnten sich da richtig austoben. Pool und Haus waren sauber und gepflegt. Bei Fragen konnten wir schnell und sicher die Eigentümerin erreichen. Wir haben ein Schönen Strand bei sv. Filip i Jakov gefunden ca. 20 km entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es auch ein Kinderpark Fun Park. Die krka Wasserfälle sind auch schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zu Wasserfällen fährt ein Boot, Bus oder man ist sportlich und geht zu Fuß ( ca 4 km 🥵). Im Großen und Ganzen war alles super und wir haben unseren Urlaub richtig genossen. 🤗🤗🤗

Magnifique villa super moderne, très confortable pour 8 personnes.
Idéalement située, au calme, mais proche des infrastructures (accessible à pied). La climatisation est très appréciable. La propriétaire n'était pas présente, mais accessible et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Tout correspondait bien au descriptif. Un très bon moment, merci Marina !!!

Toller Urlaub mit Freunden!
Als wir ankamen fanden wir ein sehr sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus vor. Es ist modern und sehr groß! Super für junge Menschen oder auch für große Familien geeignet. Die Männer fanden das Spielzimmer super da verbrachten Sie die Abende am Billardtisch. Wir Frauen dagegen amüsierten uns am Pool. Die Abende haben wir am schönen Grill verbracht und hatten immer tolles essen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist super zu Fuß erreichbar er heißt Plodine. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Drogeriemarkt und ein Billig-Discounter Pepco. In Bencovac gibt es noch einen Kik, Müller, eine Bar und ein einheimisches Restaurant namens Konoba Niko. Am letzten Tag waren wir dort essen und es hat ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben einen Ausflug zum Nationalpark Krka gemacht, waren in Zadar auf dem Fischmarkt und bei der Meeresorgel was jeder gesehen haben muss. In Zadar gibt es viele schöne Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Am liebsten waren wir am Strand in Pakostane oder Biograd na Moru. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Marina war immer sehr angenehm, Sie beantwortet alle Fragen liebevoll und schnell. Vielen Dank für den schönen und erholsamen Urlaub!

Ein tolles modernes und sauberes Haus
Es war ein schöner Urlaub, das Haus ist modern und sehr sauber - toll war das Spielzimmer und der Pool. Alle Zimmer sind modern und groß! Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder - auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Marina war immer sehr angenehm! Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Prachtige woning met alle comfort!
Wij logeerden in deze woning met twee gezinnen. De kinderen en wijzelf genoten van het groot en goed onderhouden zwembad! Het huis was voorzien van alle comfort en zeer goede bedden! Airco voor het volledige huis waardoor je goed kan slapen. Hele vriendelijke mensen en altijd bereikbaar! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir wurden durch Bekannte der Hauseigentümerin begrüßt. Das Haus entsprach den im Inserat gemachten Angaben. Sehr gepflegter Zustand. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern dort. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Eigentümerin, Frau Martinovic war - wie uns zuvor versprochen - jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert. Es wurde die Adresse eines Zahnarztes besorgt und auch sonst stand sie telefonisch zur Verfügung. Wir können dieses Objekt sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr schönes, voll klimatisierbares Haus zur Alleinbenutzung. Der Pool ist gross und sauber, sogar mit Aussendusche im Häuschen. Der Spielraum liegt separat am Pool und ist gut ausgestattet. Es funktioniert alles pefekt wie es soll. Die Zimmer sind gross, die Betten bequem (für mich etwas weich, sonst haben alle gut geschlafen. Dvd-schauen geht über eine PS3, ansonsten gibt es kroatisches Fernsehen via DVBT über 3 Fernseher. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Sehr schönes, neuwertiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Kleinere Einschränkungen.
Haus mit guter Ausstattung und moderner Einrichtung, sehr schönem Pool und großem Grundstück. Ein paar kleinere Macken sind vorhanden. So lassen sich beispielsweise nicht alle Fensterläden öffnen, da Lampen montiert sind. Und die automatische Poolreinigung ist defekt, so musste der Pool alle 2 Tage vom Vermieter (bzw. Vertreter) per Hand gereinigt werden. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung und ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Super schönes, modernes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool, allerdings etwas ab vom Schuss
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und relativ groß, so dass wir auch einige Tage nur hier verbracht haben. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber, 4 gleichwertige, große Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit Doppelbett), die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und ausgestattet (alle denkbaren Kochutensilien, ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser, Geschirrtücher, Lappen, Taps usw. sind vorhanden). Nach einer Woche wurden sogar die Betten frisch bezogen und die Handtücher ausgetauscht - vielen Dank dafür! Der nächste große Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ort Benkovac hat leider seine besten Tage hinter sich. Leider ist auch am Abend in der näheren Umgebung keinerlei Gelegenheit zum bummeln o.ä. Dafür hat das Haus eine sehr schöne Terrasse, mit einem super Grillplatz und auch einem schönen Wohnzimmer, so dass man sich die Abende auch zu hause schön gestalten kann. Bis zum Strand muss man immer ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Die Kommunikation mit Marina - der Vermieterin - war einfach und einwandfrei (in deutsch), sie antwortete prompt auf jede Nachricht, gab uns Tipps und war sehr freundlich. Wir sagen noch mal DANKESCHÖN und können allen Interessierten dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen!!!

Świetny urlop 👍
Dom pięknie urządzony, przestronny, czysty. Spędziliśmy w nim 10 wspaniałych dni. Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci. Wspaniały basen na upalne dni. Bardzo blisko do sklepu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Ps. Szkoda tylko że basen podświetlany do godz. 22.30 😁 Pozdrawiamy

rustgevende woning in Benkovac
Wij hebben 2 weken een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Benkovac. Als je het niet erg vindt om iets verder te reizen naar de zee (20 minuten), dan is dit een heerlijk rustige plek. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en rustgevend. De winkels zijn dicht bij (600 meter) waar alles voor het eten te koop is. Prima plek. Aanrader. Wij waren met 5 volwassenen. Vakantieperiode van 28 juli tot en met 11 augustus 2018.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber!Man hat auch als Großfamilie ausreichend Platz.
Die Vermieter sind äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit,man kann sie alles fragen und bekommt nützliche Tipps Benkovac ist sehr ruhiger Ort.Sehr schöne Strände und die tolle Stadt Zadar kann man in 20 Minuten erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind alle imposante Städte und Nationalparks prima erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Benkovac. Sehr empfehlenswert!
