Vacation apartment in a two-family house, 6 km from Magione (in the province of Perugia in Umbria), in hilly position on an organic farm, 1 km from Lake Trasimeno. From the first floor you reach the mezzanine with living room and sofa bed; a few steps up you reach a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with private bathroom. Large equipped private garden with barbecue, for relaxing and outdoor dining. 100 m away the main building of the farm consisting of 6 apartments. For common use: large plot with salt water pool, archery, games room with billiards, table tennis, darts, table soccer and board games. Possibility of free use of bicycles of the farm: nearest bike path 500 m away and runs along the shore of the lake. For a fee: laundry service, canoeing and tractor driving lessons. Within the estate a small artificial lake with fishing possibility. 7 km San Feliciano with ferries to the islands of the lake. Good location for exploring art cities in Umbria and nearby Tuscany: Perugia (30 km), Assisi (45 km); 27 km Chiusi, 36 km Cortona, 55 km Montepulciano. 42 km Chianciano Terme.
