Private gated oceanfront retreat w/PRIVATE fishing pier, deep water dockage w/direct ocean access, new pool, hot tub, gazebo/harbor w/fire pit, 3 balconies facing the ocean, several areas to sun bath & enjoy an outdoor lifestyle. Situated between Tavernier Key & Rodriguez Key, the property is a peninsula w/three sides surrounded by water. Floor to ceiling windows offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean...If you're an Angler, you'll have direct ocean access & Tavernier Creek is just minutes away for backcountry fishing. And plenty of fishing right from the private fishing pier too. Enjoy watching dolphin, lobster, snapper, stingrays, tarpon, & other sea creatures. At night there's tons of action in the underwater lights. Pennekamp offers the best diving & snorkeling in the world & is only a 15-minute boat ride away. Enjoy this underwater playground, all in your backyard! Canal control depth is 6 ft. & the dock will accommodate up to a 32' ft. boat. Harbor cut out is great for smaller water toys. The ground level party/game room offers tons of living space. There is a full bathroom, kitchenette (full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher), pool table,2 flat screen TV's, full size dining room table, and a sleeper sofa that can be partitioned off for privacy.
The 2nd floor has full kitchen with the dining area that is open to a large 2 story living room with a wall of windows sliders that open onto the balcony with 3 sided unobstructed views of the ocean. Off the living area are 2 bedrooms (each bedroom contains queen beds and sets of bunk beds) and another large full bathroom.
The master suite occupies the entire 3rd floor with a king bed and pull-out sofa. The master bath includes tub and spacious shower. The 3rd floor private balcony with 3 sided unobstructed views of the ocean is a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee while you breathe in the sensual salt air and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic.
