Hi, I'm Robbie, and I'm joined by my beautiful wife, Allison, and our adorable fur-baby, Chloe! We're from Colorado but recently had to relocate half time to the United Kingdom for work, forcing us travel often between our home in Palisade and England. We're avid travelers with the heart of explorers ourselves so we can empathize with the challenges of finding nice, comfortable, welcoming spaces to call our "away home". It's our sincere hope that you will find a very warm welcome in our Pali home, and that you get to know the Grand Valley and Grand Mesa area and enjoy all the fun things it has to offer as much as we do. There certainly is plenty to do and at least twice as much good wine to enjoy (responsibly, of course), so please check out our "Guide to Falling in #PaliLove" and feel free to reach out should you need any other recommendations or anything else at all. Keep well, safe travels, and have fun falling in #PaliLove! Robbie, Allison, and Chloe

Why they chose this property

Our bungalow sits nestled right in the middle of the quaint and quiet neighborhood at the center of the town of Palisade, Colorado. Relax on the front porch enjoying stunning sunrises and sunsets on Mt. Garfield and the Bookcliff mountains, or take in the gorgeous Grand Mesa views from out back. For all you architectural enthusiasts out there, here you will find many adorable historic homes dating as far back as the early-1900s. Our home is over a century old and we have taken steps to modernize while holding true to many of it's original characteristics. Take a stroll around Pali's friendly streets and enjoy the warm welcome from our wonderful friends and neighbors, every one of whom are always happy to share local tips and hidden treasures of the Grand Valley.

What makes this property unique

Located right near the center of Palisade, our bungalow couldn't be a more perfect launching pad to all the fun and excitement the Grand Valley has to offer. Walk or bike to the town center to enjoy all the great Pali restaurants and shops, or venture just a little father to some of the best wineries and outdoor activities in all of Colorado. Parking is always available on the street just in front of our home, or in the pull-in drive way inside the back gate. Just please try to avoid blocking the back alleyway as it is the main thoroughfare for waste collection and often also used by neighbors.
