8 friends together to relax enjoy the river, golf, wineries - we had a fabulous stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere at the house with the peach groves so close and the animals were awesome
One Of The Better Stays For A Ski Trip We Have Had
Nate and Karina were fantastic. The place was beautiful and everything was not only up to what was presented BUT even better. Location was great, the amenities where fantastic and the views were gorgeous. We will be coming back!
Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay at this property. Located on the same property as the owners/main house, but still separate and felt private. Owners were very responsive with a few things that came up. The house was a good size for all of us, the hot tub was well maintained, and they're on a nice property with animals, orchard and area to walk to the river. It's very close to town and wineries and orchards but quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.
Unique property and location. Did not spend a great deal of time at property as we were visiting family. Enjoyed the alpaca and goats. Great for our group of 7.
Perfect place for a girl’s weekend! Open and modern design with 4 bedrooms. Plenty of space both inside and outside. We loved the animals and sitting on the back deck enjoying the views. The hot tub was a perfect bonus! Location was peaceful and still super close to everything in Palisade. Literally everything was within a 10 minute drive. Would definitely book again!
We had a great time at this rental. The views from the front and back were beautiful. The beds were comfy and there was enough space for 4 couples to gather and still have our own space.
It was clean and well stocked. The location in Palisade was great, we really enjoyed the small town.
The property also has a farm with alpacas, goats, peacocks and chickens. The outdoor space on the deck and with the hot tub is great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It’s a very nice house with all the necessities. The animals around the house are very sweet and very cool to interact with. The host was absolutely fabulous. So friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again. Would highly recommend this beautiful place!
This place was absolutely wonderful! From the farm animals out back, to the record player with vintage vinyl for us to play. The house is clean, modern and spacious. The host is amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. This was our third stop on a nine day vacation and this house was far and away our favorite. Would definitely stay here again!
This was one of the best experiences we’ve had! The house is on a farm with goats, peacocks, and alpacas! The house is modern, clean and cozy - and the patio is gorgeous with so many options for activities. And can we talk about the view - unbeatable!
There were 8 of us, four couples, that stayed here in October. We really enjoyed this property with the goats and alpacas and other little creatures. Being able to feed the animals was a plus. It was our own little farm. The house was very roomy and had everything we needed. The back yard was so relaxing, we decided to eat on the patio one of the nites. We plan to make this a yearly retreat.
This was our second time staying at this property, and yet again it was perfect for our family of 4, and another family of 3. The kids loved feeding the alpacas and goats, collecting eggs in the mornings, playing corn hole and walking down to the river. The house is nicely appointed, with lots of space for the kids to run around outside. The beds are comfortable, and several adults in the group enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after the kids went to bed. Great place to call homebase when staying in Palisade. We'll be back!
This is a fabulous place to stay! Spacious, comfortable beds, great kitchen, clean, well stocked. Front deck is very relaxing for reading and chilling out. Rear deck area is set up well for outdoor dining. Great for big families and kids will love the adorable animals. Our favorites were the Alpacas. Quiet and relaxing setting. Short walk to get to the walking/bike path along the Colorado River. Easy to get to the numerous wineries in the area. Karina is a very responsive host and our stay went without a hitch. Love this property!
We came for a relaxing weekend. It was out in the country and was very quiet except maybe a train every once in awhile off in the distance. The alpacas were sooo much fun and the goats. Enjoyed feeding them. The house was very clean and comfortable for all. The hot tub was very nice to relax in. Warmer weather would have warranted the corn hole and firepit. Everything was perfect. Very useful kitchen! Comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. We all would go back again. Thanks to our hostess.
Our place and our host was perfect! We had 8 adults in our party. We had to pry people away from the place to go sight-seeing. We never felt crowded. There was plenty of room to spread out inside and outside. Our host was always available. The animals gave the place that special touch. It was great to wake up, see the animals, watch them play and feeding them. The home was spotless! We ended up staying home and fixing meals . The kitchen and dining area gave us plenty of space to all pitch in. The kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for letting us stay!
Adorable home in a great location. Very private and quiet location and close to winiers. There is a park very close by that has walking path and Frisbee golf. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a record player with great music. Thank you for letting us stay there. We will be back.
Everything about this property was better than expected! Our daughter loved feeding the animals and running in the wide open spaces! All of our questions were immediately answered when asked.
We especially enjoyed the peaceful mornings and evenings out on the two porches. So many memories made at this wonderful home away from home! This place will forever be a favorite of ours and we will return!
We stayed with our son and another family with their son (both under 4). They loved the animals and they wanted to feed them over and over again. Watching the horses run was a fave too. We loved the proximity to wineries and had a great trip with Pali-tours too! The house is comfy and large enough for two families with the two masters, has all kitchen things you may ever need, linens, bathroom toiletries, etc. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and corn hole too!
This place was really great, we wish we could have stayed longer! My husband and I stayed with our 1.5 year old, our friends (another couple), and their two kids (3 and 6). It’s a really quiet/peaceful place where we were super comfortable. There were animals right out back, and the kids loved getting to see them. There was feed for the alpacas and goats and that experience made it really special. There’s a great deck for sitting outside and watching them. We could also see the train go by in the distance and the kids loved that. Plenty of space, close to the wineries, down the road from a bike/walking path that led down to riverside park with a playground. Also you can walk down to the Colorado river from the house and see horses. We had an awesome time and would love to go back!
