Stay in an apartment in a historical house in the Old Northeast neighborhood, on the edge of St. Petersburg's vibrant downtown, with your personal parking space. A 30 minute drive from the Tampa International Airport and only 1½ hour drive to Disney World.
The apartment is within easy walking distance from downtown and only 4 blocks from the northern end of the buzzing Beach Drive restaurant district; from there it is only 3 more blocks to the start of the Pier District, from where you can either walk or take a free tram out to the new Pier, which was opened in 2020. The apartment is in a house that is at least 30 feet above sea level; the house received no damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton in 2024.
Your private entrance allows you to enter the apartment through the sitting room, which contains a full-sized futon, a stuffed chair and a 26" Smart TV. The spacious bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, a 46" Sony Smart TV with cable channels, a ceiling fan and an electric fireplace, a table and two chairs, along with a side chair next to the bed. The apartment is connected to the house's central air conditioning and heating, but the electric fireplace and a window-mounted air conditioner allow you make the apartment warmer or colder as you desire. The bedroom has a spacious closet, which gives you plenty of storage space. along with a washer and dryer. You will have access to use our barbecue grill in the backyard, which contains a table and two chairs, where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.
You will be a block away from the Black Crow Coffee Shop. A CVS store is only 4 blocks away.
St. Petersburg's waterfront park system is a 4-block walk from the apartment and provides a delightful place to walk along Tampa Bay, and you might be lucky and see one or more dolphins. The park contains a dog park as well.
You will also be 2 blocks from a stop for the free Downtown Looper trolley, which takes you to places within the greater downtown area..
