A small apartment of about 38m2 with shower / toilet for 2 persons (1xtwin-bed) in a quiet location. The apartment belongs to a family house and has a private entrance.

The apartment is beautifully cut and re-equipped. In the well-equipped, open kitchen lacks nothing. Meals can be taken on the terrace or in the apartment. A well-maintained bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

About the terrace door leads into a garden where guests can relax. romp Ideal for pets kid loves to quadruped
and sniff. But his pile he should nevertheless like to go at a walk.

Great location
If you were traveling through the countryside trying to visit Austria and stay out of Munich then this is a perfect place! Had to bring a few items like laundry detergent and soap and things like that but otherwise for the price you just can’t beat it and having off street parking was a giant bonus.

Für ein oder 2 Personen super. Etwas Abseits vom See, aber super für Ausflüge geeignet. Im Sommer sicher auch schön mit der Terrasse, für die es im Dezember leider zu kalt war.

Schöner Urlaub in Dießen
Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Der Ort hat uns auch gut gefallen. Man hat so viele Möglichkeiten: Segelbootverleih an der Segelschule, SUP, Sightseeing in München (S-Bahnverbindung), Wandern in den Bergen, Radfahren, Kunstaustellungen in der Nähe und natürlich baden im schönen Strandbad am Ammersee!

Erholsamer Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war alles, was man benötigt vorhanden. Wenn doch etwas fehlt, wird es gerne besorgt. Der Blick von der Terrasse in den Garten ist entspannt und mit ländlichem Flair. Der stolze Hahn mit seinem Gefolge hat oft zum schmunzeln animiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und angenehm. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. 🙂

Die Ferienunterkunft ist sehr ordentlich, alles ist vorhanden
Die Ferienunterkunft ist sehr ordentlich und ohne Einschränkungen empfehlenswert. Sie ist im Besonderen für Gäste mit Barierefreiheit sehr interessant. Man findet eine idyllische Gegend vor und das Auto steht direkt vor der Tür. Gerne wieder.

Angenehme Zeit am Ammersee
Wir können nur bestätigen, was andere BesucherInnen dieser Wohnung schon beschrieben haben. Herr Fitze war sehr nett und unkompleziert. Uns hat die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall sehr gefallen und eine erneute Buchung ist nicht ausgeschlossen.

Urlaub am Ammersee
Eine sehr schöne Zeit ging viel zu schnell vorbei. Wir haben jeden Tag voll genossen. Gegend, Wetter und vor allem die sehr hübsche Fewo sowie der sehr nette Vermieter haben dazu beigetragen. Ja, und nicht zu vergessen war die tolle Unterhaltung durch Erwin (wer schon mal da war, weiß natürlich wer das ist - und wer nicht, das ist der stolze Gockel 😉). Uns hat er nicht gestört, im Gegenteil - sein gelegentliches Kikeriki war fast die einzige Unterbrechung der herrlichen Stille ringsherum. Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt etwas am Berg. Fahrradfahrer brauchen Kondition (oder ein E-Bike). Der Hahn ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Nichts für Langschläfer*innen.

Sehr sympathisch und ruhige Umgebung
Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch , der Check in und Check out war reibungslos. Es ist eine ruhige Umgebung, und das Sitzen auf der Terrasse im Garten ist sehr erholsam. Der Ammersee ist ca 1 km Luftlinie entfernt. Es geht ziemlich steil bergauf zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Von der Lage aus kann man viele Unternehmungen starten. Zb ist man mit der Bahn in 50 Minuten in München.
