Great Spot for a beach vacation

We loved everything about this house. Right in the middle of everything Myrtle beach has to offer and yet on a quiet street without all the traffic. House was very roomy and has everything you could ask for in a beach vacation rental. Very Clean and great communication from the owners. Our boys loved the Ping-Pong table. Thanks again for everything.

We are used to staying in an ocean front property, but this last minute option did not disappoint. Oceanfront view was compensated by a very clean and well maintained property. Didn’t mind 7-8 minutes walk to the beach.

Perfect family house.

We were in town for a Ripken Baseball Tournament. This house was close to everything we needed. House was just right for our family. Little kids loved the bunk room that looked like sleeping in an aquarium and the downstairs room gave our teenager his own private suite to hangout and relax. Easy walk to the beach and had plenty of toys, boogie boards, wagon, umbrella, small cooler, etc that you would need for a day at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at this house.

Enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Cottage. Everything was was well thought out with all the items we could need. We did wish to have access to more comfortable living room seating. The single chairs are esthetically nice but the couch was much more comfortable after a long day seeing the sights. Overall great stay and super helpful hosts.

Pristine property

The house is absolutely beautiful and the interior decor is so well thought out. Every detail is meticulously coordinated! It is only a short walk from the beach, too, which is a plus. We discovered Market Common near by, which is both walkable or rideable by bike. Myrtle Beaxh state park is walkable or rideable by bike, too. Jack’s surf lessons is close, too. There is so much to do in Myrtle Beach and this property will not disappoint!

Family Vacation

We LOVED this house. The rooms are adorable and so creative. The ping pong table in the garage is where we spent every evening as a family. The beach is a quick walk but we ended up driving about 10 mins down the road to a place called Family Beach that had cheap parking and seemed a bit of a nicer area.

Great house, surrounding area a bit iffy

The house was great, everything was clean, and all the pictures were accurate. It's a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants and shops. This was our first time in Myrtle Beach so admittedly we didn't know too much of what to expect, but there were a few sketchy blocks nearby with abandoned hotels that looked like they had squatters.

Five Star Experience!

Highly recommended property if you are visiting the Myrtle beach area. This lovely beach home comes complete with ALL of the accommodations for an exciting beach getaway. just bring your luggage and the enjoy your stay. The host was extremely professional and the check-in/check-out process was one of the easiest I’ve encountered on the platform. Reserve while you can!

Perfect location for us

We were in town for a soccer tournament at Market Commons fields. Location was perfect! Couple of miles and about a 5-8 minute drive. Everything in the house was in terrific condition and very clean. 6 of us stayed and all beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong table between games and in the evening. Easy walk to the beach right to a public access. Restaurants all over the place, easily accessed within a short drive. Would definitely stay again if we go back for another tournament there!

Wonderful host and home

Can’t say enough good things about both the host and the home. It was set up perfectly for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare full meals, plus plenty of coffee for the Keurig and even some snacks for the road such as granola bars. Right next to beach access, an easy walk. Clean and quiet in a nice neighborhood. There were a couple of questions that we had, and Les and April responded immediately. We all loved the decor. The kids want to return to this exact spot! I would highly recommend.

Perfect fit for a family

This rental checked all the boxes and is highly recommended. It's decorated beautifully, spotless and you feel like your living an episode of HGTV. Quick walk to the beach, easy acess to restaurants, grocery store and walkable to an ice cream/souvenir shop. Located on a private street it was perfect with having little kids. The rental has everything you could need and the garage game room keeps the kids busy. Ping pong tournament, anyone? April was quick to answers questions and check in and out were a breeze. Definitely will be a return renter if we return to MB!!

Perfect family vacation home

We stayed at this home with our kids (3 & 5) and my parents. It was the perfect home for a family getaway like ours. The house was just as beautiful in-person as it was in the pictures. It was clean and obviously very new. It was an easy walk to the beach and we loved that everything we could have needed for the beach was provided in the garage (chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach towels, and more). The kids LOVED the ocean themed room with the bunk beds. The beds and pillows in all the rooms were very comfortable (I even asked the host for the info on the pillows and bought some for home). The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking and eating during our stay, including kids dishes and utensils! We had 2 very minor problems come up during our stay and the hosts were very quick to respond and very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this home for a fun family beach vacation!

Amazing Stay

My wife and I, Son, Daughter-In Law and two Grandkids Stayed at this amazing home from the 5-8 July. When I tell you the pictures that are posted on the website is exactly the way you will find this home. My wife and I have stayed in plenty of homes where the pictures and the true reality of the home are very different. They really thought of everything when setting up this home. The home has enough activities that allows you to just stay home and relax. An easy walk to the beach, with everything you need for the beach. You name it, they have it. The property Manager “Les” was “Johnnie on the spot “with fixing any issues that came up. Don’t sleep on this vacation room. Well worth it.

Great property!

This was a really good experience, the property is great, very nice and clean. The property is located in a great neighborhood and the beach is only a very short walk away. Fabulous Rental - Tastefully Furnished and Decorated!

My family and I an amazing time in this property! My wife and I used the first-floor bedroom and suite bathroom. On the second floor, my two sons (15, 12) used the aquarium room, and my daughter (13) used the pink room. All three kids said this was the best rental we’ve stayed at. They loved the house. The ping-pong table in the garage was a hit and they played a little each day. The wagon, boogie boards, umbrella and beach toys came in handy. It’s located on a small, dead-end street with an easy two block stroll to the beach with entrance to the beach in between two condos. It’s easy access to Ocean Blvd. or the highway to go north or south. It was a good location for walking and biking in either direction. We used the outside shower a few times after the beach and that was nice. The rental was very clean, and April checked in on us but wasn’t intrusive. This place was decorated very nicely for the beach life and was very modern. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommending this place to anyone. I’ll give credit to my wife for picking this place out from all the places to stay in Myrtle Beach. It was a great choice! It's located two blocks from the beach with access to the beach.
