Elegant spacious 4 BD, 4.5 BA 3300sqft Italian Villa with marble chefs kitchen, rose garden and spacious balconies with ocean views and trampoline. Alkaline drinking water, purified water for whole house with water softener. Formal living+dining room w/huge table. Secure perimeter and plenty of driveway and street parking. Convenient location only 1.2 miles from Zuma Beach and close to market+restaurants. Great for families! Bikes avail upon request. Premium cable channels including Netflix, Hulu, etc..FAST WiFi
Garage is locked and off limits along with master bedroom closet. We have "ring" on the front gate for guest access and deliveries and a gate clicker will be provided.

Beautiful, spacious and private - perfect for families

This is by far the best rental in Malibu we have stayed at. Well-appointed kitchen, a ton of space (we stayed with our two boys and my parents), gorgeous backyard, trampoline and toys for our children and big primary bedroom with ocean views from the balcony. Property was exactly as advertised, clean and beautiful. Not even five min drive to grocery store and beaches. Charlie was very responsive and fantastic to work with. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Extended weekend to attend a family wedding in Malibu

Communication with the host was excellent, answering all questions timely and thoroughly. The home is gorgeous, and the gardens are a lovely respite after a busy day. Our family has experiences all over the world with VBRO and I can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences we have had. Thank you to our conscientious hosts for making it a comfortable place to call home for a long weekend away.

Beautiful Malibu home

This beautiful home was perfect for our weekend stay. We had little ones and the home was cozy and spacious for all of us. We did have an issue with ants in the kitchen that got into our food that we had to throw away, and ants in the master bathroom which was a little gross. The owners were aware but didn't do anything. Great home, nice property and good communication. Easy check in process, and central Malibu location.

Great for a family vacation

The property has amazing location; however, you will need a car. Within 5-10 min drive you will get to the beach, nice hiking trails, a grocery store and a restaurant. The house has everything you will need. The owners are very nice and responsive.

Hi, we are Kevin & Charlie, long time residents of Malibu, friends since kids and married 21 years. We have 2 boys ages 17 & 5 and a big old dog named Chopper. We love to travel, go to the beach, love Music, love to explore new exciting restaurants, cook & spend time with family & friends.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love where we live. Everything from the master bedroom ocean views to the front terrace sunset sky line. The house is big enough where families can spread out and join up for mornings in the breakfast room & big family dinners in the dining room. The garden is a spacious area to enjoy playing catch, croquette, some fun in the trampoline or just relaxing on a picnic blanket amongst the garden roses and fruit trees. It is very quiet and peaceful here and very safe. If you have children, we have a nice size playroom full of toys and an office attached for those who are working remotely. Charlie's favorite part about the house, the main bathroom claw tub & gas fireplace in the bedroom, it makes for a relaxing evening after a long day. We also love being so close the restaurants, shops, grocery stores & of course the beaches!
