Sleek white granite countertops and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances welcome you to the fully equipped kitchen. Craft tasty meals in a snap with the quick induction cooktop. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, convene around the dining table, which seats six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This second-floor condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Find ultimate comfort in the spacious master suite, complete with a king bed, cozy siting area, 50” TV with cable and Roku streaming, walk-in closet, direct balcony access, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with a garden soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, outfitted with two full-size beds and a 42” TV with Roku streaming and a spacious closet.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
The newly redesigned 9-hole course winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. The course incorporates the best of true links-style play with ocean breezes, inspired greens, and lush fairways lined with native grasses. And with a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game. Uncover a new golf experience each time you play!
Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
For on-site walkable bars and dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. Hours will vary by season.

Parking Notes: Parking is located behind the building, with one marked reserved spot bearing the unit number plus one unmarked spot in the last row of the parking lot. Additional vehicles can be parked on a first-come, first-serve basis along the interior streets next to the building that are not otherwise marked. Parking is not allowed in spots marked for other units, vacant lots or in private driveways. Towing is enforced. Boats and trailers are not permitted on-site; however, parking is available nearby. Please consult with the Palmilla Beach Guest Services for details.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
