INSIDE THE RENTAL
Swaying palm trees, plantation shutters, and aqua blue exterior—this townhome oozes a tropical feel.
Open and airy, the two-story living room exudes a relaxed atmosphere with comfy leather sofas and a huge flat-screen TV. Tile floors flow throughout the space, and fun beach decor adorns the walls.
Feed your friends and family in the updated and well-equipped kitchen, boasting granite countertops, full-size appliances and tons of cabinet space.
The six-person dining table is the perfect gathering spot for a meal. If you have a crowd, four more can sit on barstools at the kitchen bar.
Get your towels dry for the next day’s beach trip in the laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer. A half bathroom has a pedestal sink.
When the sun sets, put yourself to bed in the master bedroom featuring a king bed, 40” flat-screen TV, and bright blue walls reminiscent of the nearby ocean. The master bathroom is outfitted with a tiled shower and large vanity.
Gorgeous reds invoke feelings of a Texas sunset in the second bedroom with a queen-size bed and 40” flat-screen TV. Next door, another full bath provides plenty of room for getting ready in the morning with a vanity and tub/shower combination.
Tuck the kids in for the night in the third bedroom, where teal walls and two sets of full-over-full bunk beds create a cool atmosphere. The third bedroom also has a 40" flat-screen TV.
On the patio, cook dinner on the gas grill, and then dine al fresco at the two picnic tables. The townhome’s location at the end of the complex means there’s ample peace and quiet.
THE LOCATION
Cool off from the Texas heat in the shared swimming pool or escape the sun under the cabana with lounge chairs.
Bring your clubs too, and challenge yourself on the 9-hole golf course at the Padre Island Country Club, which is open to the public.
Fill up on fresh seafood, hamburgers, and a wide variety of other cuisines at nearby restaurants. The Dragonfly (6 minutes on foot), Veranda Restaurant and Bar (9 minutes on foot), and Padre Island Burger Company (10 minutes on foot) are all within walking distance.
When you’re ready for sun and surf, head over to Padre Balli Park (6 minutes) for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports.
Still bored? The island also has tons of other great activities, like birding, horseback riding, kayaking, kiteboarding, surfing, and miniature golf.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
