This beautiful, newly constructed 3BR/3.5BA townhome in Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community is the perfect Gulf Coast getaway. Three spacious floors are filled with natural light. Unwind in the Great Room, or head upstairs to a second living area with additional sleeping space. Three balconies provide plenty of space to enjoy the coastal breeze.
The immaculate pool is steps from your door, and the beach awaits within a quick stroll. Palmilla is also home to three on-site restaurants and a links-style golf course.
LIVING AREAS
The sunlit Great Room features a 65' flat-screen and a plush queen-size sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the laid-back living room has another 65” TV, a full-size sleeper sofa, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and two additional twin beds.
KITCHEN & DINING
Glossy countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances make meal preparation simple in the modern kitchen. Four can keep the chef company at the bar while dinner simmers.
Enjoy festive meals at the eight-person dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This townhome sleeps up to 10 guests between the three bedrooms and two living spaces. The Great Room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, and the living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a pair of twin daybeds. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.
Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the master bedroom. The en-suite master bathroom is appointed with a bright double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a water closet.
Another king bed awaits in the guest suite, while the third bedroom features a full-size bed and a twin daybed. The bathroom (which is also accessible via the hall) is appointed with a tub/shower combination.
A double vanity and a sparking walk-in shower round out the guest bathroom.
A pristine powder room provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Greet the day with fresh coffee on the private covered balcony, where pond vistas and peeks of the Gulf await. The master suite also has a private balcony.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This three-story home is accessed via three steps at the entryway.
Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
The newly redesigned nine-hole course winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Experience the best of true links-style play with inspired greens and lush fairways lined with native grasses.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
