Contemporary design, high-end finishes, and twenty-foot ceilings make this a luxurious spot for your family or group beach getaway. Two plush suites with full en-suite baths ensure privacy and comfort. You have two balconies from which to enjoy fresh breezes, including one with seating and alfresco dining space. The rear balcony also has a great view of the arriving planes and jets!
When hunger strikes, Palmilla’s Black Marlin Grill is on-site. You’re also just 5 minutes from the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Port Aransas.
ABOUT THE HOME
After a day in the sun, cool off in the living room; kick back on the sofa (which converts to a queen bed) or one of the comfy club chairs to chat about the day’s adventures or watch a movie on the 55” TV.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig machine for your morning brew. Grab a seat at the bar for four and chat with the chef. Then, gather at the dining table for eight and enjoy a memorable meal.
On the first floor, you’ll find a guest room with a queen bed and 32” TV. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is adjacent.
The primary suite features a king bed and 40” TV, and the en-suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Enjoy direct access to a private, Gulf-view balcony.
Upstairs, you’ll find another suite with a king bed and 40” TV. The en-suite bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
A second living space with sofa and ottoman can double as a guest room; there is a twin bunk bed here with sleeper sofa, perfect for kids. Another bath off the hallway features a double vanity and tub/shower combination.

Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.
Condo amenities include an elevator and a washer/dryer set. One reserved parking spot is provided; there is space for one additional vehicle in the open lot. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
