This South Padre Island vacation rental, located in a resort district complex right next door to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca, can also be combined with one right next door to accommodate up to 12 or others across the hall or in the building to accommodate groups as large as 50!

Imagine being able to walk through the grounds to the beach or to a fun family day at the waterpark. Enjoy the great pool/hot tub and grilling area that Gulfview II offers or hop on the Island Metro, South Padre Island's free bus transportation, to go anywhere you want on the island!

For a family with children or a small group of friends, this casual condominium furnished with a casual beach theme provides an economical way to enjoy all that South Padre Island condo rentals have to offer, right in the popular resort district. A laundry facility in the building and reserved parking in front of the complex add convenience.

South Padre Island has a variety of restaurants to choose from so you may decide to dine out every night since you are only minutes away from the entertainment and dining venues that South Padre Island offers. But if you want to dine in, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (with the exception of a dishwasher) and picnic tables and BBQ grills out by the pool. Pros It was nice and clean, the TVs are smart TV so you can watch your streaming channels, pool was clean and quiet, close to the beach, with walking access to dinning places, plenty of parking. Cons only one bedroom, no dishwasher.
