Located on the most beautiful tree lined street in PDC. 2 minute walk to the beach and the famous 5th Ave. Featuring some of the best restaurants right outside your door. The Rooftop pool is magical! There are Day beds, sky bar, gym, private pools along with 2 larger pools. This 1 year old building features unique art such as a car with a built in piano.
