- Docks are private property and hosts are not allowed to permit renters to use them per the Army Core of Engineers
- Guests can enjoy the lake via the path to the docks
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. - Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm. – Exterior Cameras are on the premises to ensure the safety of the guest, neighbors and property.
