Close to BEACH, GOLF COURSE,HIKING Belfast and Camden
The Pine forest house. Located on a private road off Rt 1 you’ll definitely get a feel for the Maine woods on this private 33 acre parcel. Enjoy walking the loop trail on the property or scavenging the forest for wood to burn in the fire pit. This spacious yard makes it easy to spend time outside. The property is surprisingly central for what it has to offer. Only a mile from Bayside you can walk or drive. Enjoy all of bayside from swimming, and sailing to a round of golf at the Northport golf course. Across the road there is a farm to table restaurant, and general store for subs and pizza. 3.4mi from down town Belfast and 16 miles to Camden you will have plenty of options to explore, shop, and dine. Within close proximity there are many great places to spend the day outdoors. Lots of hiking, swimming and sight seeing. Even Acadia National Park is only an Hour twenty-minute drive from this property. There will be a binder on the table with lots of great info for the area.
Enjoy your stay!

Great location for Belfast Curling Club! Very close to downtown Belfast. It is far enough back off the main highway to feel secluded. Would definitely stay here again is coming to Belfast!
Beautiful home surrounded by nature. Close to town, but with the feel of being in the country. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. We enjoyed walking the trails on the property and utilizing the fire pit. Jackie was a wonderful host, and answered questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Note : there is no AC at this home, but the weather was perfect!
We decided to stay at this property based on its positive reviews and because we were traveling with our young adult daughters and a dog. We usually stay in Camden but wanted to explore more of Belfast and Bayside. The home is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. While it is a more basic or “rustic” home and setting, we found the house very well suited to a two week stay. Beds are comfortable, the common space is pleasant, and the kitchen is equipped with basic cooking supplies . The setting is quiet and private as well. Unfortunately, our vacation coincided with black fly season, so we were not able to enjoy the grounds as much as we hoped. I imagine it is lovely at other times of year, though (we did find that wearing hats and bug spray helped). Also, the house is close to Bayside, and we enjoyed our daily walks there with our dog. The Bayside Store, across the street, is also a great spot. All in all, this is a wonderful house for a getaway in Maine. Jackie is a very responsive property manager as well!
The only drawback to this property is that there is no air conditioning, dishwasher or garbage disposal which makes this property a bit more rustic than some. But overall a nice place, easy location to get to. Not far off the main road but felt very private. and the owners were very easy to work with.
