Long weekend family getaway

Overall property was very clean, excellent location about 15 minutes or less to all attractions in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville. Had all starter amenities as expected. Screen porch on lower level had large tear in screen, as did property next door. Not issue for us since bugs weren't quite out yet. Thermostat also did not seem to give accurate reading, large variation in temp upstairs vs downstairs. Pool table and arcade game was fun plus! Overall great 👍

Cabin community

The cabin was clean, airy, and pleasant. We slept well and the kids enjoyed the old-school arcade game. Set close enough to the attractions to be able to run back to the cabin for a quick nap or meal, and then back out again. However, they should make clear that the setting is a group of cabins crowded together. It was like staying in a sub-division, except that the houses were log. That's fine if fully disclosed upfront, but unless I missed it, it wasn't. Also, some of us are wising up and ditching our smartphones in exchange for quality of life, so having to electronically submit pictures of my driver's license, credit card, and a headshot before getting the entry code made the check-in difficult and unpleasant. The personally owned VRBO house we stayed in next needed nothing like that. So the bureaucracy of this property being part of a big management company has me intending to avoid such next time around. "Bureaucracy is a Fatal Disease" TM. You are most welcome!

Had some issues

We’re not picky people at all (we currently live in a 5th wheel camper as we build) so we don’t expect perfection, but we were very disappointed in this cabin. Upon arrival everything seemed fine. We actually loved the layout and that was perfect for our family but we made it downstairs and the bathroom smelled awful. Like someone had just used it. We thought it might be temporary or even well water but we know that smells like sulfur and this was not sulfur smell. It ended up stinking the whole trip. The hot tub was cold and would not heat up—we flipped the breaker even though the hot tub was on. It never warmed up. We looked over that and decided to take hot baths—the water wouldn’t stay hot for long enough and I had to wash both tubs. They were visibly not clean. Hair in both. Then the water wouldn’t stay warm. We looked over that too. At this point we hadn’t contacting anyone (we try not to cause issues or complain) the baseboards are filthy and there was something sticky on downstairs floor. The fan had so much dust on it and the arcade machine didn’t looked like it had ever been cleaned. The first time I tried contacting someone was when we started to get ready for bed and there was nasty stuff on both blankets on trundle bed (even then I just decided to wash them myself) I go to wash them—zero laundry detergent. I know it’s required to bring most amenities you need but every cabin we’ve stayed in has basic things like laundry detergent, hand soap, small shampoos,

Awesome Mountain Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was absolutely awesome and we also enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The only downside to our trip was the forest fire that required us to evacuate but the managing company found us another cabin that was just as amazing. We had a wonderful vacation.

Valentine's getaway

I had a great weekend at this cabin. It was spacious and very enjoyable. I would recommend. It was also close to shopping near by. Great location.
