Great potential location for your vacation
This property worked out exceptionally well for our family vacation. It’s outside of the ‘marina area’ hustle and bustle making it ideal to head out of the area for excursions and day trips. Despite being outside the ‘busy’ area it is walkable to the Marina/Shopping (12-15min), Médano Beach (7-8 min). Obviously when traveling abroad you should be wary of surroundings at all times, yet we felt safe on all of our walks during the day and night. We did opt to Uber back late but more for convenience.
The location is an easy pickup for most excursions and the parking on-site makes it easy to have a rental car for days trips (Los Cerritos Beach and Todos Santos are a must).
There were some items that needed attending to during our stay and the maintenance staff was friendly and attentive to address (replaced showerhead, light bulbs, running toilet, etc). Obviously it’s preferable when everything works but nice to know that issues get addressed when they arise.
Overall the property was clean, the beds were comfortable and linens were soft, it was not pristine, but it was clean. (Dust on counters, towels had a slight musty smell).
On-site washer/dryer worked well and is so great to have on vacation to no have to overpack.
I would stay here again.
