Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Left us high and dry
I booked this property over 4 months in advance. Was waiting to receive check-in information. Never received it started contacting the host to get information. After driving over 500 miles finally getting a hold of the host an hour and a half before we got there to find out that somebody was already in the property. So me and my family was left trying to find a new place to stay last minute in the middle of the night 500 miles away from home. An because it was canceled a hour and a half before our arrival it can take up to 15 days for refund. We were forced to put out more money for a different place to stay or faced giving up what we had traveled to the area for and trying go back to 500 plus miles to home in the same day. To post a review you have to select a star on all the categories I cannot verify the property cleanliness the neighborhood or accuracy of listing but as far as communication with manager was horrible check-in process don't know cuz it never happened or received any information about it. Just the way it was handled and the fact of being canceled last minute I would not recommend cuz you can't guarantee even though you pay and have it reserved that it will be available when you try to check in.
